Once we had a deal, there was a series of online meetings with the team related to my project. We discussed each and every aspect of the website in depth. Separate meetings with the project manager, designers, and content creators were also held.

The team consisted of a project manager, web designer, content creator, and a separate team of 3 SEO executives. The team was very responsive, experienced, and co-operative.

The website design was according to our requirements. The design was unique and attractive. The website is user-friendly and can be managed from mobile as well as a laptop. The soul of an educational website is its content and we get quality content that serves our purpose well.

The workflow was smooth and steady. The project was delivered on time as per our prerequisites. Regular meetings with the team made it easy to resolve any issue related to the design. Best communication helped us to work as a team.

I was amazed by the quality of work I was served with. The content provided by the creators was according to our expectations. The coordination between the team and their leader was incredible. The quality result delivered on time was the key aspect of the project.

We enjoyed satisfactory results on time by AMR Softec. However, there is always some ground left for improvement. The team at AMR Softec should work on expanding its connections to serve more clients around the globe.

Review the existing website and present us with a more modern design. Once a design was agreed upon, we provided amrsoftec with the content and they proceeded to develop the site with Wordpress CMS.

We were assigned one project manager who was our main contact person throughout the entire project. This made it much easier rather than dealing with numerous people - our project manager knew all the details of the project and communicated to his team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very pleased with the look and feel of the new website and are very happy that we can personally make adjustments to the site when updates are required.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager was very easy to deal with and was very accommodating. At times he was extremely busy and couldn't action items, however, he always responded and notified us when he would have the item taken care of.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Working on the design of a website can be challenging, and sometimes you don't know if you are going to like what you have agreed on once you see it online. They were very flexible when we requested adjustments to certain pages or layouts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Perhaps at some critical points when the "function capabilities" or "first overall review are taking place" it would be a good idea to have the developer sit in and listen. This would allow them to have a complete understanding of what the client is looking for, rather than having it relayed through the project manager.

Our website is incredibly technical and bespoke in the way it was developed, which has always caused problems in the past. However, AMR Softec has always been able to get in and get the work done. They have gained a lot of respect within our company because they are just as good as the in-house developer.

They consistently deliver what we ask. I completely trust them and now we are developing our website in laravel for custom based dashboard according to my requirements to manage all my client's data.
