We needed help finding high-performing talent to assist in our manufacturing operation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AMPM Employment recruits, interviews, and processes new talent for various roles at our manufacturing site. The primary roles they recruit for are assistant operator and operator positions.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other staffing agencies because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, and had company values that aligned with ours.

We started working together in January 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Most of the talent that has stayed with Priam through our temp-to-hire process has come from AMPM Employment. All of our supervisors and operators have come through AMPM Employment, and they’ve been with the company for 2–13 years.

How did AMPM Employment perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive and eager to deliver results. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AMPM Employment desires to provide the best talent to fit the needs of their customers. They meet with the hiring managers and discuss the needs of the employer, what qualities make the perfect candidate, and how they can tailor their submissions to that feedback. They don’t bombard my inbox with talent that doesn’t fit our requirements.

various position needed filled and continue to need filled.  These include Office Staff, Customer Service Representaive which include deliveries to customers, along with production staffing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Had consistent follow-up from their Sales Manager Kiristen. She truly is the backbone of AMPM.  

She delivered the members that we required mostly through her own efforts or directed by her with her internal placement staff.

It is a challenging effort to keep all positions filled.  They have delivered the staffing we need time after time.  Very responsive to the needs of our company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am most impressed by the efforts of their Sale Manager Kiristen.  She is vested in helping Morgan Services achieve our staffing needs.  I completely rely on her.  Her follow-up is tremendous.   

Are there any areas for improvement or something AMPM Employment could have done differently?

Finding candidates is always a big challenge.  Finding new and innovative ways to get these candidates is the opportunity for AMPM.

I’m a department manager at Cassano’s Pizza, a food and beverage company. Our company started in 1953 selling family-recipe pizzas from a small room behind a grocery store. We now have a full manufacturing plant where we produce dough for the end users and not just our stores.

We hired AMPM Employment to help us hire full-time employees with experience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve used AMPM Employment for staffing with forklift drivers in our warehouse and operators on our machinery. AMPM Employment has taken the time to not just send us a warm body but to send employees with true experience versus other agencies. AMPM Employment handles the screening and onboarding process, but our company does the final onboarding after the employees have worked their hours and are hirable.

We work with 15–30 teammates from AMPM Employment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our turnover rate went from double digits to low single digits in two months. Additionally, AMPM Employment’s costs are coming in at a better rate, which has resulted in overall savings.

How did AMPM Employment perform from a project management standpoint?

AMPM Employment delivers on time. They truly have a great team with quick responses to my team. We have in-person meetings.
