Met all project deadlines and created new opportunities to go to market that would've been impossible without their support and sensibilities. Assets they provided for one off projects were repurposed for multiple campaigns.

Timekeeping is clear communication and delivery came in on time. They are flexible to pivot priorities when last minute requests come in and its been a great partnership for fast moving teams with competing priorities.

The level of commitment and dedication to get to know our team, product, and customers stood out. They have never just "done something" to do it. They take great pride and care in their work. They also are very receptive and actionable with feedback. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Amply could have done differently?

An example: early days we were throwing a lot of projects at Amply and eating up hours, instead of hitting overages we had to reprioritize our focus. Together we came up with a process for vetting/approving projects to stagger priorities and hit all deadlines on time and in budget.

I’m the CEO of Rovally, an IT company. We provide end-to-end security and compliance solutions for early-stage startups. We handle audits, security reviews, and IT operations as an embedded team so founders can focus on product and sales without hiring dedicated security staff.

I needed someone who could build a very high-quality website in one shot without a lot of back and forth. I also needed it done in a couple of months.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Amply designed and developed a website for Rovally, a cybersecurity compliance organization. The team worked through the entire design and planning phases and helped me with the copywriting. They developed a website that was great for mobile and desktop and tailored to the types of customers we wanted to attract.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Amply hit a specific theme that was really atypical for our type of company in the cybersecurity space. The website needed to be unique, and I wanted someone to think outside the box. Amply did that well.

Amply delivered on time and within budget. The project management team did an amazing job setting expectations and keeping me on track. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Amply's ability to get things done quickly and have dialed-in processes and procedures was impressive. They weren't winging it.

• My only issue is the changing of the team members
• That said, I realize that is their business model and clients are not always "assigned" a regular, long-standing team
• So, I have to say given their, for the most part, each member who joined was really great, some better than others. We were fortunate to have the same project manager throughout and having the PM as a constant is critical.
