The project involves the full design, development, testing, and deployment of a mobile application that integrates seamlessly with the Bayan HRMS backend system. Amman Dynamics handled pretty much everything on our tech side. They built our driver app from scratch, helped us tweak the hardware and make installation easy across vehicles, and developed the entire backend: including a content management system that lets us schedule ads, set geotargeting rules, and track performance through pixels. They also helped us with screen connectivity logic, location syncing, and real-time updates. Basically, they turned a rough idea into a functioning platform, and were there every step of the way as a technical partner, sounding board, problem-solver.

We used Linear and worked in sprints. Delivery was solid overall, though the complex scope occasionally caused delays. Communication was fast and adjustments were made quickly when needed.

They helped me envision everything from start to finish. I've never been involved in such a project before, so it was definitely refreshing to have the in-depth knowledge they had to help me through it. 

We had multiple meetings to go over the workflow, sketches, low and high fidelity wire frames, and then a working prototype. It was amazing to say the least.
