Amexis provided a Senior Angular Developer to work under LumicaSoft’s management, with the goal of modernizing our client's web UI by upgrading it to the latest version of Angular. The developer's tasks include not only converting the UI but also ensuring continuous high-quality communication and meeting client needs as they evolve. The client has been extremely happy with the developer’s work so far, and as a result, they have expressed interest in potentially expanding the team with additional developers to accelerate the project.

The project is progressing extremely well. The developer from Amexis has integrated seamlessly into the project and consistently delivers high-quality, clean code that exceeds both our expectations and the client's. The client's satisfaction with the developer has led to discussions about expanding the team with additional developers as the project continues to grow.

We needed an extra hand in delivering a LMS system for one of our clients. Amexis supported us with a backend developer who was experience with .NET, DevOps, and CI/CD who joined forces with our team. The combined team worked on a agile basis for our client delivering a full featured application.

We had user stories estimated in points and then we were tracking the deliverables of these user stories.

As the engagement was such, the project management was handled by our team. However, their team member was proactive communicator and was exceeding our expectations in his deliveries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had a really good collaboration with Amexis Ltd. The team members of both companies worked as a team from the very begining and it felt like a well oiled machine despite the fact that the project was relatively short. There were a couple of pretty hard technical solutions and this collaboration helped us resolving them on time and within the original budget for our client.

Develop cloud platform for medial Doctors to request professional medical services online from laboratory and other providers. The project scope included:

• Overall architectural design
• Code and data description

• Long term maintenance and development of new features

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project lasted over 3 years and had over 25 production deployments. During the course of the project,  the vendor delivered 7 to 8 major phases of the application.  Including 3 proof of concepts and prototypes which helped us determine the approach for the general releases. The quality of the code was amazing and he hardly had any production defects.

We used agile for this project.  Some of the ream members were in different time zones and we met three times a week to discuss issues and tasks.  The team was accommodating to tour time and flexible in communication modes.  Often issues are discussed over messaging and virtual meetings.  They provided an additional product owner to help cover some of our products that needed a champion.
