I am the owner of Hertz Systems. A Polish company with 27 years' experience, active in four areas: GPS, SECURITY, ARMY -and SPACE.

Alphamoon was responsible for creating an advanced security system software. The goal was to create sophisticated software for securing selected buildings using AI technology and advanced hardware.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Alphamoon’s experts are professionals and from the first call were able to understand the problem and our goals. Before the whole project, they prepared a quick PoC to prove they are able to successfully use AI to handle our problem. That was the main reason we choose them.

We worked with two machine learning engineers guided by Alphamoon’s CTO. There was also a project manager responsible for smooth cooperation.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We’re going to launch the solution provided by Alphamoon soon. We are happy about the results and want to develop it further.

In terms of communication and meeting deadlines, they’ve been excellent. They take estimates and deliver the features when we expect them to. Their team is always making sure the project is running the best way it can. If there’re some problems, they’re trying different approaches and are open to new suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The developers' technological skillset piqued my interest, and they produced very high-quality work. Throughout the project, they provided valuable feedback and information.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything worked great. They are reliable partners and did the job well.

I work as Data/AI Practice Head at Operator Chmury Krajowej, a company providing cloud computing solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alphamoon, and what were your goals?

Alphamoon was responsible for creating a computer vision solution. The goal of the project was to detect and classify objects on images provided by our company. The goal was to create a computer vision solution for automatic photo classification.

There were two challenges in this project:

1. We needed a very quick and accurate analysis and;
2. We needed to integrate the model with the GSM module.

How did you select Alphamoon and what were the deciding factors?

We talked with several companies. Alphamoon seemed to have the exact experience we needed. Based on past Alphamoon’s projects we were sure they are capable of solving our problem.

The company was also easy to work with, open for new ideas and feedback through the whole cooperation.

The project was about creating a solution for recognizing and classifying different sets of pictures from a big set of cameras. The solution worked in the cloud and was integrated with the GPS module.

Alphamoon provided a deep learning model capable of classifying images with very high accuracy and efficiency.

The team was composed of one experienced machine learning engineer guided by a project manager. Business Development Manager and CTO of the company were our main points of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The solution found by Alphamoon fulfilled our expectations. It was efficient, accurate and we wish to develop it further.

For technical queries, we have contact with the CTO who is very communicative and available for us when we need that. For meetings, we used mainly Google Meet and for being in touch with Alphamoon in every stage of all processes we used a chat software.

Project management was well structured and executed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The biggest surprise for me was the involvement of Alphamoon’s team. They were really precise and accurate in creating the end solution. They tested different approaches and at the end, their software was reliable and worked as promised.

The project was time-sensitive, so we were glad there weren’t any delays. We see them as experts in the Artificial Intelligence field and reliable partners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Cooperation with Alphamoon’s Team was really professional. I have a positive experience with them so I can't indicate any areas to improve.

I am a Head of Acceleration at Accelpoint. We are a smart-tech accelerator that works with international partners and helps them reach out to high potential startups that can deliver products or services with high high value added.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alphamoon, and what were your goals?

The challenge was to create a Natural Language Processing solution for Tier 1 bank in Poland based that could be implemented in several business and ops areas. The end solution should be able to streamline internal processes and decrease time and headcount allocated for tasks.

How did you select Alphamoon and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed and evaluated several other potential partners. After this process, we decided that Alphamoon should take care of this project because of their team’s knowledge and expertise. Evaluation was broken down into several steps including independent experts' assessment and final pitch.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Alphamoon helped with projects that involved the classification of documents and broad data analysis. The solution was tailor-made for the customer needs and involved running 3 simultaneous PoCs with various teams in remote locations. The main goal for this project was to create software, that using Artificial Intelligence would handle client’s processes and fully automate them.

Besides this, there were a few measurable KPIs such as speed, accuracy, and efficiency that the Alphamoon had to achieve. AI software delivered by Alphamoon was based on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision. In the end they deliver the solution as a Docker for easy implementation.

The team was composed of a team of four experienced machine learning engineers guided by Alphamoon’s Chief Technology Officer. There was also a Business Development Manager who was a main point of contact and was coordinating a project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There were no delays on the project and promised KPIs were delivered. The bank is satisfied with the results and currently negotiating commercial rollout in the organization.

Project management was good developed and we were informed about progress and tasks connected with the project. We took part in regular meetings with Alphamoon on Google Meet. Beside this, we had a dedicated person to talk to. Communication was clear and easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive about Alphamoon is that they are professionals in what they do. Their knowledge about AI and ML is extraordinary, so the Alphamoon’s team was finding new and creative solutions for all problems in a project (i.e. IT limits stemming from legacy teechnology in the bank and security limitations).

They were very flexible and easy to work with. We have recommended them for the annual startup reward granted by the President of the Republic of Poland which they eventually won.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In terms of technology all required actions were performed top notch. As an accelerator with worked with Alphamoon on business case development and together worked out new improved business model that is already being deployed.

We're a leading provider of Industrial Automation which allows our customers to create a digital asset of their plant and optimize their production and avoid waste of natural resources. I'm a Head of Product Management looking after the Optimization group.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alphamoon?

We have been working on launching a new product offering where we wanted to employ AI/ML techniques for the challenge of modeling natural resources. The project involved working with complex data and types of equipment in order to obtain a model that could be used in plant production scenarios.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to reduce the time it takes to create a digital signature of newly obtain natural resources from days to the matters of minutes while saving cost of performing complex laboratory measurements.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We have selected Alphamoon since they were recommended to us. We have engaged with the team and discussed the project and problem and they understood immediately our challenge, as some of their team members had before experience with analogous problems.

Once we've agreed on the project's scope, Alphamoon started a series of experiments while our team has provided the necessary data and software. We had regular discussions and reviews of the experimentation results.

Alphamoon has always discussed upfront different methods and approaches before starting the experimentation with clear goals and outcomes. During the project execution, we have explored various AI/ML methods for data modeling, model prediction, and try different practical approaches only based on the results from experiments.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a few months, we have managed to run a lot of experiments and try various different approaches. All was done with a great deal of speed and flexibility. All resulted in the improved performance of the model in the upper single-digit range. Work done by Alpamoon was instrumental for us working with our early adopter's customers and officially launching this new product to the market

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Alphamoon team was very flexible. We have been very impressed by the speed of how quickly they were able to understand very complex domain-specific concepts. The communication was very effective and my team had all clarity over every step Alphamoon team was going to take and why. We were working with a single team mentality and it was felt very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed by the quality of team and how quickly they were able to understand very complex topics. My team was also impressed by the deep AI/ML knowledge that the Alphmoon team has and the clarity with which they were able to covey and explain it. Overall, we all felt that Alphamoon was very aligned with the goals of our project and proactive in helping us succeed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since my company operates in the highly specialized domains, we have not encountered enough for preparing all the necessary materials and data in advance, allowing Alphamoon to kick-off much faster. We quickly fixed that, however, it would have been more efficient to have a better onboarding process.

The goal was to create functions involving Al aspects for recognizing shapes and converting them into vector pictures.

By using networking within my region I realised that my cousin is a co-founder to Alphamoon - a company that contained at the time the exact set of skills needed for the project.

Their skillset was most impressive! The problem we considered tought were actually easy for their engineers.

In cooperation? No. In delivered component? Only long-term maintenance due to fast pace of change in underlying technology.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alphamoon?

Alphamoon was involved in creating a machine learning model for analyzing transactions from one of our blockchains. The model was analyzing transactions (volume, prices, timestamps), detecting anomalies, and forecasting demand/supply.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to automatically analyze a huge set of data from our blockchain. From the data, we were able to recognize some behaviors, then analyze & predict the activity of the blockchain users.

Alphamoon is a known company and they are experts in AI and Machine Learning technologies. They were recommended to me so after checking their previous projects and opinions I decided to trust them.

The project was based on creating a machine learning model we were able to implement in our system. They provided software development and R&D services. Besides this Alphamoon provided a great Project Manager with a good understanding of our business.

What was the team composition?

The project was developed by a team of two experienced machine learning engineers guided by a senior project manager. We also had access to the Chief of Technology on a weekly basis.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project helped us to add additional functions to our application which caused the improvement of our services. We searched for a partner that understands Artificial Intelligence because we believe this is the exciting tech to work on and we are happy that, besides standard services, Alphamoon also provided consultancy and a good level of knowledge transfer.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Working with Alphamoon was really enjoyable and effective. The company delivers software on time as agreed on. They took care about all tasks and informed us about all problems we encounter. Communication was maintained by Slack and Email. We also had regular weekly meetings on Google Hangout.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Working with Alphamoon was a great experience and I would like to repeat our cooperation in the future. I have trust in this company and their services. Their engineers are professional and very helpful in all issues. They impressed me with their serious approach and open-mindedness.

Cooperation was clear and enjoyable the same as communication with Alphamoon. While working on the project there weren’t any problems.
