Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Allprime built a custom system for AusraVision covering how we work with clients and partners and how we manage our properties. The work started with business analysis: they asked a lot of questions about our workflow before building, then proposed improvements to our original idea.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Created an internal system where we we able to easely track clients for communication and deal closing. This greatly improved saved time and allowed for a huge increase in overall productivity so we could focus on other parts of the business.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was well organised. They started by asking a lot of questions to understand how we work before building anything, which meant fewer changes later on. They were responsive to our needs and often came back with suggestions that improved on what we had originally planned. Deliverables arrived on schedule, and they kept us informed along the way.

What was your primary form of communication with Allprime?

• In-Person Meeting
• Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most is that they don't just take an idea and start building. They ask questions, think things through and often come back with suggestions that make more sense than what we originally had in mind. It felt like working with a partner who wanted to understand the business, not just a developer filling an order.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Allprime could have done differently?

none from my side, satified with the service
