I’m the director of a daily newspaper.

What challenge were you trying to address with ALLONE?

We had no real digital presence, so we hired ALLONE to build a complete digital platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired ALLONE to build a fast, modern news portal where readers can follow daily coverage. We also needed an editorial system our newsroom could realistically use to publish every day without technical staff. The goal was to move a legacy print daily onto the web without losing the paper's identity.ALLONE handled the project end to end. The main deliverables were the design of the whole site, the reader-facing news portal, the editorial system, and the migration of the paper onto the new platform. They also handled the technical side entirely — hosting, performance, and keeping the site fast.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–May 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest outcome is that the newspaper now exists online at all. For three decades, we were print-only, and now, we’re updated every day and reach readers who would never buy a print copy, including Georgians abroad. The modern visuals and accessibility were pointed out by our readers and attracted the newer generation.

How did ALLONE perform from a project management standpoint?

The delivery was faster than expected. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was easy to progress, and they were reactive to our feedback.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing major — the collaboration was smooth. Some communication was technical for us early on. We’re a newsroom, not an IT company, so we occasionally needed things explained again in plain terms.

I’m the technical operations manager of Wehost, a full-service property management company in Georgia. We handle short-, mid-, and long-term rentals with end-to-end services, including listing, pricing, guest support, cleaning, and reporting for property owners.

We hired AllOne to create a custom booking website for our properties with a built-in payment processor and connect it to our platform's channel manager.

AllOne has built a website for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals. The team has also created features for our end-to-end services, including tours, transfers, luggage lockers, and more.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AllOne has successfully delivered a complete end-to-end booking flow on WeHost.ge for both short-term and long-term rentals, including an integrated payment processor. This has solved a technical and operational challenge we had been trying to address for several years.Moreover, the project has reduced the number of manual steps required in the booking process and given us much more control over the customer journey, payments, and overall booking experience. Progress is easy to track through working features and regular releases, rather than just design or planning milestones.Overall, the project has saved 5–10 minutes per booking for us and our customers and has improved our UI.

How did AllOne perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. We’re still in progress, and they’re probably going to finish before the deadline. We communicate with them through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AllOne is really easy to work with, and they have fast communication in person and online. Understanding our needs was the hardest part, which they’ve easily solved.

I don’t have any suggestions.
