Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the technical operations manager of Wehost, a full-service property management company in Georgia. We handle short-, mid-, and long-term rentals with end-to-end services, including listing, pricing, guest support, cleaning, and reporting for property owners.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire AllOne to accomplish for your rental management operations?

We hired AllOne to create a custom booking website for our properties with a built-in payment processor and connect it to our platform's channel manager.

Can you describe the scope of work AllOne has handled for this project?

AllOne has built a website for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals. The team has also created features for our end-to-end services, including tours, transfers, luggage lockers, and more.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from AllOne.

How did you come to work with AllOne?

We found them through a referral. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AllOne has successfully delivered a complete end-to-end booking flow on WeHost.ge for both short-term and long-term rentals, including an integrated payment processor. This has solved a technical and operational challenge we had been trying to address for several years.Moreover, the project has reduced the number of manual steps required in the booking process and given us much more control over the customer journey, payments, and overall booking experience. Progress is easy to track through working features and regular releases, rather than just design or planning milestones.Overall, the project has saved 5–10 minutes per booking for us and our customers and has improved our UI.

How did AllOne perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. We’re still in progress, and they’re probably going to finish before the deadline. We communicate with them through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AllOne is really easy to work with, and they have fast communication in person and online. Understanding our needs was the hardest part, which they’ve easily solved.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any suggestions.
