Allcorrect handled the localization for all in-game text from ui to subtitles as well as all store text used on PC and Console in 9 additional languages from the default American English.

Allcorrect was extremely fast with their work. We would receive multiple languages fully translated and translated well in just a few days. They would also supply reports on reception of the quality of the translations scouring steam forums and more to gauge player feedback and perception of the localization quality.

The localization of the mobile game into seven languages—German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean—has been completed, including Localization Quality Assurance after the integration of all text into the game.

All texts were translated into the target languages on time, meeting the deadline. LQA was conducted by native speakers, and all mistakes from the first round were corrected. Feedback from our team was promptly addressed.

There were two teams handling different tasks: two on the management side and two dedicated to the language work. They consistently provided prompt, accurate responses, met deadlines, and simply were pleasant smiley collaborators to work with.

Our team was pleasantly surprised by their thorough approach to the work process. Before each step, we held a kick-off meeting to discuss and finalize all the details. Their report format was comprehensive, and their attention to small details clearly reflected their experience.

There's nothing to improve in the workflow, it's close to perfect. There's always room for human errors and oversights, but everything was corrected during the LQA stage, so there's nothing to fix.

I needed translations for about 900 words in-game and 150 for the steam page from English to the following:

• Korean

I needed a very professional and context-accurate localization to make sure the players have the best possible experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The game is not released yet, so I can't give any data. The files I received were in the same format as I sent them, so importing them was very easy to do.

They delivered the translations perfectly in time. It only took 5 days to do the translations in all 10 languages (including an adaptation from Snpanish-Spain to Spanish-Latin America.)

They used a google sheet document to easily ask me questions regarding the context and such. They perfectly responded to my needs, especially by translating in the .po file format of Unreal Engine. They also kept the steam page's text formatting intact.

The response time was very impressive, I have even got answers outside of their working hours. They where very understanding and thanks to the good communication, I was able to get a quote that was within my budget. All the people I spoke to were very friendly and ensured that I had no issues, even after delivering the translations.

To be honest, I haven't had any problems that they could have avoided.

All Correct was tasked with Localizing our games in their entirety from Chinese to Western languages on 4 different projects. They handled millions of Chinese Characters and then after the implementation of the language files, they LQA'ed and tested the games to check all their own translations and to make sure the games functioned properly.These projects are numerous and they were protracted for months and sometimes over a year with increases and scope and scale sometimes.

Allcorrect never missed a translation deadline and when they were testing the games, they were very thorough and were always going for perfection, this is not an exaggeration. Allcorrect aims for +98% accuracy and unless the project timelines dictate speed over quality, they do their best to hit that standard.

Always available, pivots to meet new requirements, adapts to new processes extremely quickly, never missed a deadline.

They are easily the best localization vendor I've utilized and even at that level of professionalism and quality, the pricing is reasonable and they can scale to meet different project needs with incredible flexibility. No task is too big or small for them.

Allcorrect is in an odd timezone due to their location in Serbia. This did not matter to our company as much because our game developers were in Asia and my team worked late night hours. However, for more traditional daytime jobs in the USA, I can see how this timezone difference might be devastating.

The success of the project will best be measured once the game releases. But for now, the succes is measured in the fact that we got everything on time and with good communication. After most of our game releases there are only just minor changes/fixes to be made to the translations according to our community, so that's a great result.

Allcorrect always met their deadlines and turned around their tasks in < 3 business days, even when there was complications or delays from our team.

Excellent service from the company representatives. Ana, Daria and Elizaveta were who we dealt with directly. They're highly responsive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Helping us both understand a process that was completely new to us and optimise the quality of the final product.

There is no way I think that Allcorrect could improve their existing service. I would like to see possibly see them offer more services in the future, perhaps some international PR or marketing services for game developers.
