Align & Innovate has handled several interconnected pieces of work for us. On the foundation side, they completed a full visibility audit and SOP documentation, mapping out our existing workflows, identifying where things were falling through the cracks, and building written processes so we could run more consistently without everything routing through me.From there, they built out our CRM implementation, setting up automated follow-ups and lead management so we stopped losing potential clients between first contact and booking. They also handled our website and branding, ensuring the visual identity and messaging reflected what we do and who we serve.They’ve handled the full brand build from the ground up, including designing the website and writing all the content, creating the logo, developing the color palette and typography, and putting together brand guidelines. They’ve also developed the messaging framework — the actual language we use to describe what we do and who we serve.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest shift has been in lead follow-up. Before the CRM was set up, follow-ups were manual and inconsistent — leads were falling through between first contact and booking because there was no system holding them. After implementation, every new inquiry enters an automated sequence immediately. We’ve stopped losing people in the gap.On the operations side, the SOP documentation means that how things get done is no longer stored in my head. Onboarding a contractor or handing off a task has become something I can actually do without spending hours explaining context that should have been written down long before.The brand and website work has changed how we show up. Before, what we said about ourselves didn’t fully match what we actually do. Now, the messaging, the visuals, and the site all tell the same story — and the right clients recognize themselves in it faster.The overall outcome has been less chaos and more capacity. I’m not working differently — I’m working from a foundation that can actually hold the work.Before this work, the direction of the business was something I felt but couldn’t articulate.
