We rolled out web VAT filing tool which allows to file VAT return to HMRC under Making Tax Digital initiative and we needed to optimise it for SEO to get organic traffic

We were recommended to work with Algorhythm based on their experience and professionalism

We started by identifying the main keywords and topics for the blogposts, performed advance website audit and created a strategy. We were monitoring performance on weekly bases, had extensive monthly reports summarising activities and results.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcomes are fantastic! Since implementing the project we are ranking on the first page in Google results for the main strategic keywords that we chose. This campaign won UK Digital Marketing Awards 2023.

Justin provided us with all the necessary reports and dashboards, including instant Slack communication and weekly sync meetings. We always feel informed on the status of the campaign and all the activities.

Xplor Technologies is a global platform integrating SaaS, payments and Commerce Accelerating Technologies to help businesses succeed. During our time working with AlgoRhythm, I was Senior Marketing Manager UKI looking after our fitness & wellbeing software solutions - Xplor Gym (formerly Resamania) and Legend, as well as DFC payments.

For what projects/services did your company hire AlgoRhythm London, and what were your goals?

We wanted to put in place a programme of 'always-on' digital marketing encompassing SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), and paid social. Legend had not done any type of paid digital marketing previously, so this needed to be set up from scratch. The website has also recently been relaunched and needed an initial review and then ongoing SEO management.

DFC had previously tried paid digital advertising but lacked robust results so this needed setting up and the website needed ongoing SEO management. We launched Resamania (now Xplor Gym) into the UK market in June 2021. We needed a strong SEO strategy to make sure this gym management software started showing up for target keywords fast. We also needed a robust paid digital advertising programme to show up in all the right places.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We put out a RFP/brief to 4 agencies who the team had worked with previously and would recommend including AlgoRhythm. We were impressed with the proposal AlgoRhythm team presented that covered all the right points and hit out budget requirements.

There was an initial onboarding period where the AlgoRhythm team reviewed our current sites and set ups, gain access to existing digital marketing tools and set up new accounts where needed, and researched keywords etc. Once we'd agreed on top target keywords, we were presented with recommendations for on-site SEO adjustments. These were presented via a collaborative tool that made it easy to feedback and approve. The team then made adjustments.

We also agreed on a backlining strategy starting with Resamania, before adding this activity for Legend. For SEO, once BAU was established, we were presented with activities completed, recommendations and results on a monthly basis. For paid digital we took a phased approach to launch. We initially agreed keywords and collaborated on ad copy for Google Ads.

We then introduced LinkedIn and Facebook advertising once Google Ads was established. And added aggregator sites (Capterra etc.) too a few months into the project. We had weekly meetings with the AlgoRhythm team to review actions and performance of our paid digital campaigns. The team was very agile in adjusting to our needs and optimising to get better results.

We worked closely with AlgoRhythm's Digital Director on our paid digital activity throughout the duration of our time working with the agency. Joined by a Paid Social Specialist later into the relationship. We also worked closely with the Founder and Chief SEO on the SEO side of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We reached number 1 on Google for our top keyword for Legend and made the first page for newly launched Resamania. We regularly added opportunities to the pipeline from PPC, as well as TOFU prospects.

Weekly meetings plus very regular communication via Slack. They were always responsive and available to help when needed.

The results were staggering! Campaign 1 had an increase of 164% against benchmark Campaign 2 had an increase of 125% against benchmark
