After an analysis of the company's organizational chart, structure, and goals, Alessio reworked the image of the Sciara Progetti brand identity, proposing a website design more responsive to our needs at the time. We worked on shared worktables to structure site and landing pages dedicated to each individual project conceived by the company, also carrying out an analysis of the audience to whom to address the different contents conceived. Since then, the site has been continuously updated and improved with the support of Alessio

Unfortunately I have no data to show because I am not personally involved in monitoring the results of the actions taken by Alessio for the Company.

With Alessio it is easy and immediate to communicate both by phone and email, he responds very quickly, sends video tutorials where he explains step by step any steps of competence of his client, always offers different solutions to achieve the objectives, even unbudgeted, required by its customers, always proposing options without additional costs

The immediacy of Alessio's problem-solving mechanisms, which are quickly activated at every impromptu and unbudgeted request, the attention to detail, the willingness to explain to the client perfectly what is being done and why

No, we work well with Alessio. Sometimes we were not able to get results in a short time, but for the simple fact that Alessio has a lot of work, being a good professional. But even then, we never missed a deadline, as he is very organized

The feedback we collected from the people interacting with our site was positive. Our customers appreciated the appearance and interaction with the website, so we are happy with the results.

They were great at staying within the budget we expected. As for deadlines, we had some setbacks, but that's because we changed the project's scope throughout the process, so the time frame changed. Regarding communication, we used phone calls, videoconferences, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did a great job on the site's UI to make user interaction as easy as possible. They created a user-centric design, which was extremely important for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, when they explained what they were doing, they used too many technical terms that were hard to understand for us. They should consider using layperson's words with their clients.

Rely on them because they know what they're doing.

Then, we put down ideas together, and he comes up with a design proposal to show us. We discuss it, change it, and then implement it. We can provide the content, and he edits it using his approach. He uses WordPress 3.0 and designs the prototypes in Figma.

We started the engagement around March 2017. We did the last website project in February 2021, so we don’t have an ongoing project. However, we still work with him and are in contact for updates.

We have analytics installed, but bringing traffic to our website isn’t one of our goals. Alessio has successfully created functional and well-designed websites to show off our work so clients can directly understand what we do. Therefore, the impact that we currently have on our clients is much better. We’ve stepped up various levels for sure.

Project management is excellent. Alessio is well-organized and respectful; he always does his best to be available. We usually communicate through Google Meet, but we can just write to him if we have a problem, and he answers immediately. We’ve never encountered any difficulties.

Alessio has a unique approach to web design; he creates clean and custom websites. Moreover, he gets involved in all the parts because he wants to create an outstanding finished product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We did two projects with Alessio Santoro. For the first project, Alessio Santoro helped further develop designs that had been created by a previous UX agency. They took the existing design framework and followed our requirements to create a new interface using Sketch for an all-in-one platform for communities to manage and engage their members. This platform had a million modules, and they developed most of them.

The second project involved building a new product from scratch, which was a simplified version of our previous product. We had done our own user research by interviewing our customers, which Alessio Santoro used and analyzed to revise our specifications. They used Figma to design this solution’s UI/UX.

Alessio Santoro delivered user-friendly UI/UX designs. The first product had over a hundred thousand users. One of our main customers at some point was the European Commission for the Erasmus Program. They did the 30-year celebration of the Program, and their community alone had over 18,000 users.

Overall, Alessio Santoro was incredibly proficient in UI/UX design, frontend development, CSS, and HTML. I appreciated how they helped us define developer-friendly specifications for our team whilst implementing the interfaces.

Alessio Santoro performed well in terms of project management. They had a very strong work ethic. They provided regular updates, worked in sprints, communicated effectively, and led a collaborative process.

To develop the website and make changes we usually do long brainstorming in videocall. I explain what my vision is and what experience I would like the user should lives. Every month Alessio takes care of the maintenance of the website and usually every 3/4 months we make a restyle or add new features or implementations.

I chose Alessio because from the first contact he proved to be knowledgeable, curious and generous in giving me advice even before I had confirmation that I hired him. He gathered so much information in order to best express his creativity making my communication very effective.

At the first stage, Alessio, through in-depth video calls, gathered many details about the way I work, delving into every aspect. Together with him, we defined different messages depending on whether the client was looking for an entertainment show, a marketing campaign, some corporate training, or whether all of this was needed as an online service rather than in-person.

Then with Alessio we selected the best video and photographic material and then went on to study the best texts to be included in the landing page. Periodically, as Alessio finished a section of the landing page we compared notes to correct or improve what he had done.

This process of continuous comparison led us to exactly what we were looking for. Once published online, Alessio was always willing to listen to our input and make other small changes dictated by his experience with the online site.

The website was delivered on time, but there've been some delays with the development of the app due to a developer being let go.
