What challenge were you trying to address with Alerta! Creative?

We needed support with the production of digital assets. The goal was to increase brand awareness and sales in different markets in Latin America.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Alerta! Creative provided the necessary assets for our digital campaign. The team was responsible for the planning, development, and execution of digital assets for our product's campaign. The project included delivering photography, 2D and 3D animations, and video reels for social media. Alerta! Creative was responsible for the entire production in Colombia, including the planning, production, and postproduction.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I can't share quantitative metrics, but the campaign was well-received in different countries. The project was a success and helped us achieve our planned goals. 

How did Alerta! Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Alerta! Creative exceeded our expectations regarding timelines and budget. They met deadlines and were flexible and responsive to feedback. The team also adjusted to our different deadlines. We communicated via Zoom and email and collaborated via Microsoft Excel to track deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Alerta! Creative impressed me with their creative and postproduction work and customer service. Alerta! Creative offered a complete set of services. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they could improve on.

We hired Alerta Creative to shoot and direct multiple events, interviews and studio productions and produce multiple videos to be showcased across our channels.

The shoots went smoothly and the quality of the videos were on brand and were delivered on time. It was also wonderful to work with Alerta team as they always come prepared and ready to tackle any challenges that many arise.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I worked with Alerta to execute multiple campaigns targeting U.S. Hispanic parents with school-aged children, aimed at driving enrollments for virtual schools powered by K12. Alerta developed culturally relevant and authentic creative strategies that highlight the value of providing quality education from the safety of home. Key deliverables included creative concepting, managing all aspects of design, copywriting, and video production for TV, social media and copy writing, digital assets for advertising. Alerta has also created assets for other efforts such as Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations, corporate reel and transcreation of general market spots adapted to the Hispanic segment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The campaign assets developed by Alerta have been instrumental in driving the success of our efforts to increase Hispanic enrollments for K12-powered schools. The Hispanic penetration continues to grow YOY, a trend largely fueled by the enrollment season campaigns crafted in collaboration with the Alerta Creative team. Their culturally resonant and impactful materials have played a pivotal role in reaching and engaging Hispanic families to enroll their children in the tuition-free online public schools powered by K12.

Alerta delivered on time and was communicative in the instance there was a need for a change. The team was always responsive, wiling to go the extra mile. They were a flexible, open and responsive to feedback. A great partner overall.
