Aizen Recruitment conducted targeted sourcing, pre‑screening and first‑round interviews, presented a curated shortlist with structured feedback on each profile, coordinated interviews across time zones, and provided market insight on compensation and candidate availability to help decision‑making.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in consistently strong shortlists of highly relevant candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles, which translated into several successful hires and a much more efficient recruitment process on cross‑border searches. Beyond the hires themselves, the responsiveness, quality of candidate pre‑screening and the market insight Aizen provided significantly improved our decision‑making and reduced the time we spent on unqualified profiles.
