AirVu came recommended to us and had amazing references. That was important to us. Then after meeting the founder, we were convinced. Caine is creative, energetic, enthusiastic and supportive. He and his team are incredible to work with and no request is ever too difficult - they will figure it out!

If wishes were horses... if we had a larger budget, they could have done much much more.

We have hired AIRVU for numerous video production/ content creation projects, both brand awareness pieces and property-specific showcases. They are so fantastic to work with, and their quality is unbeatable, that we now do all our new listing property videos with them.

Quality of product and ease to work with. Working with AIRVU you are guaranteed a polished product every time.

We start with a discovery meeting to discuss the property and video project. We work together on drafting a brief to ensure the video captures all the key elements required and the subject (real estate agent) is aware of their role and lines in advance of production. We then schedule the shoot day, with AIRVU graciously working around the agent and seller's schedule.

AIRVU provides amazing direction throughout filming and never needs any direction on how to capture the best views of the property. Simply put, they just get it. After recording they generally have the first copy back to us for review within a few days - and typically the content needs little to no changes. From start to finish they are a joy to work with.

Thanks to AIRVU two of our video projects won at the American Advertising Awards last year. All our videos run on Cayman TV, and throughout our digital ads. And again thanks to AIRVU our small company is known for and receives the best feedback for how sleek, engaging, and polished our video content is.

Friendly, hands-on, but not overly assertive or pushy. They are exactly what you want in a support vendor. The tools they have in place for project edits, invoicing, and content sharing makes my life easy!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have grown so much in the past few years and yet their quality, turnaround time, and communication with the clients have not changed. Same fantastic customer service, just a host more options for their clients to choose from. It is amazing.

No. I just can't wait to collaborate with them more!

They contacted the bank regarding the e commerce and dealt all the way with them to assure all aspect of the transactions works. They had to develope the back of the house as well to see all transactions for any online sales.

Airvu has excelled in all of their work.

I am one of the owners of Tiny Spoons. I am also in charge of the day to day operations of the company.

We needed a site built from scratch for our start-up and having seen AirVu's work on other websites I knew they were in the right space to understand our offering and the nuances of island life such as stock management and delivery solutions! We needed a platform that would work for our launch plans and be flexible enough to suit our expansion.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I met with various vendors and scoped out what they had created for similar e-commerce stores. Air-Vu had the most relevant back catalogue and demonstrated the best understanding of our market. During early discussion they offered practical advice to issues we were facing. This gave me the confidence that when we kicked off the project they would come in with a solutions led approach - whcih they did!

The AirVu team were with us from the very start of our journey. We were at a proof of concept stage when we initially met and trying to understand what sort of platform we might need. As our vision developed we met regularly to articulate requirements and gave a steer on design but gave AirVu the artistic freedom to create and design. We are very happy with the results!

Our project manager Amy was fabulous. Amy was our point of contact for the rest of the team who diligently worked on taking our concepts and turning them into reality!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are a brand new concept and original business to the market. Despite this we made several sales in our launch week which is a testament to the quality of the website and completely exceeded our expectations!

We used a staging site to collaborate on web structure and design and had weekly touch points with our Project Manager to smooth out any issues we couldn't deal with online. Our PM Amy was always contactable and responsive via email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In a short period of time, AirVu Media understood what we wanted to achieve. They took our vision and created an easy-to-update website supported by tools which will help us grow. As a start-up, and having no previous experience of tools like WordPress and Klavio, it was super important that we were able to take ownership of the site and its infrastructure. AirVu trained us on these tools and given time we hope to grow into a position where we can leverage them for these services and more!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked access to some of the platforms a few weeks earlier than they arrived. Once the site launched I was in a standing start understanding how some of them worked and as a start-up every week counts. I also have a recurring issue with Klavio mail going to junk in the @tinyspoons.ky accounts which we need to rectify.

I was the sales and marketing manager at Sunset House, a boutique diving resort in the Cayman Islands.

AirVu Media we’re able to offer the video production as well as online solutions for our business. Something that other media companies could not.

On meeting with AirVu on numerous occasions we developed the story we wanted to relay to our potential guests. From here AirVu creates a story board and started production of our video. They introduced the business to Active Campaign which allowed the automation of our lead generation. The AirVu team were readily available throughout the whole process.
