I am the owner of a designer stationery brand Papboo. We are amongst the top designer stationery brands in the country.

We came up with a new product for which we hired their services. They helped us by increasing traffic on various platforms and also helped us with email marketing.

We got to know about them through a friend of mine. They helped his company to achieve the desired results because of which we selected them.

Both the parties did a zoom call and discussed the basics of the business and about the expectations and deliverables. After the planning phase, different strategies were implemented for different social nedia platforms. There was also a weekly review in which the results were compared with the projections.

We worked with a team of 3 people, consisting of a social media expert, a project manager and a client relationship manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaigns which they ran generated a lot of engagement on the social media platforms. They increased the traffic by 2 times on our platforms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was a very healthy communication between us. Apart from the weekly meetings, we used to connect often regarding various project related topics.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team consists of very talented and well-behaved members who used to help us with all our needs. They also used to give us suggestions on the other projects we were working on. I would love to recommend these professionals to you.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The meetings could be a bit short as being the managing partner, i had limited time for it. Rest all was good!
