to build the apps and website for us. Administration Portal, Customer Ordering App, Restaurant App, and Driver delivery App. In order to digitize our processes and remove the manual work required

We selected the vendor after multiple interview and we liked their proposal, graphics, pricing and their approach

Ahd Tech provided a project plan that included a few clear milestones with tangible deliverables and the project was executed on stages, first we built the process and the sequence of activities in the system, then moved to draft a graphical design of the platform with all mutations for customer, restaurant and driver, after all that was approved, we move to developing the control panels and the apps. the project lifecycle included testing and deployment to the different app stores.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

we have received a great product .. a platform that can manage an automated process for food delivery without human manual interaction, we currently process thousands of order every month and the customs provide great feedback to us about the apps

Ahd Tech uses multiple communication techniques, including WhatsApp for direct and quick communication, emails, a project management web-based platform and JIRA for reporting issues and tracking. The team stayed on time for the duration of the project.

the Agility, flexibility and availability are amongst the main positives, also price has been a main factor for us to work with them

Documentation of work, changes, user manual can be modernized
