They upgraded all our PCs and laptops as well as upgraded one of our switches to the later model. Installed backup software on all users and improve our network redundancy.

The good thing to explain is that the tech spend time to understand our network issue and find a good solution for it. He never gives up on any upcoming issue. tried to fix them asap. that's why we are happy with him.

Yes, he told us that it will take a few days for our new PCs to be delivered and they were delivered on time. then he scheduled a time with us for installation and maintenance.
