Before the opening, we decided to find marketing professionals for the following tasks:

• marketing strategy for entering the market, to understand the best methods of starting a business; 
• a strategy to increase the awareness of the new brand; 
• description of the target audience and methods of interaction. 

Thanks to the recommendations, we focused on local promotion and saved a significant budget. Also, in the first month of operation, we reached the break-even point. Our institution has gained credibility within Lviv and the suburbs, and we are successfully operating even in the difficult conditions of the war in Ukraine.

Since the first month, we have achieved a turnover of more than 500,000 UAH (approximately $127,000 USD) per month.

Over the next year, we communicated with the AG Marketing manager several times to familiarize ourselves with the state of affairs in our business and receive recommendations for further activities.

Our website, novakasa.com.ua, was developed from scratch. Search Engine Optimization improved our website to increase its visibility in Google. Key deliverables: our website was brought to the TOP 3 for targeted and most attractive words for our business in a month, customers began to find our website, and the number of inquiries, calls, and applications tripled.
