the contact was made via Linkadin, I responded to a request for jobs and because of the need for external resources from developers

It was the implementation of special online shop modules based on php, Bootstrap etc. and the implementation of the design templates Actually tasks that you can do if you want to do them at all

With the two project managers and the 5 developers, there were 7

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All supposedly finished outputs were incomplete or had hard coded functions, or pure fake functions

the project managers did not have the necessary experience, the developers did not care - they only generated hours the developers even booked lessons when they didn't do anything. They didn't know we were monitoring the activity

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The good reviews here are certainly self-created

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

These are scammers who only want to bill hours The matter is also in court and here too they present fake documents.

Company Responses

The vendor responded on January 19, 2023.

Itratos has been sued for not paying invoices, which is the reason for this feedback. In 2020 Itratos failed to pay for services Agiliway provided and did not fulfill promises to pay overdue invoices, leading Agiliway had to take legal action. 

We value all of our customers and strive to provide the best service to everyone. In this case, Agiliway and Itratos successfully collaborated for 2 years. Itratos repeatedly provided new tasks and expressed its satisfaction with the work done. In August 2020, Itratos suddenly stopped paying for provision of services, but at the same time, continued to request delivery of new services. 

Later, Itratos explained non-payment as a problem of the bank and promised to pay for overdue invoices, but after half a year of repetitive follow-ups, never did. So, we had to take all the necessary legal action to recover the debt that was owed to us, and we are pleased to have won the case in court.

We understand that issues can arise in any business relationship, and we always try to resolve them in a professional, understanding and fair manner.

We wanted to develop a set of smart mobile books to be used by students in their daily life. The idea was to have an app that includes text, voice and test with the possibility of switching between formats.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for software development company in Ukraine and Agiliway was on the top of the list with the price/value benefits.

We had a series of discovery meetings, involving both sides. Agreed on architecture, timing for release and all the necessary details. Agiliway provided not only professional app development services, but also actively participated in providing ideas, consulting, new product features, etc.

We worked with the team of iOS, Android, React Native developers and QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within the first half year we published several smart books on both Google Play and App Store. In addition to that we prepared good ground for future publications. The plan is to have big library joining different topics under one publisher.

The project manager was easy to communicate, always on time with positive attitude.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their mobile app development skills were exceptional. In addition their active participation in new features development, brainstorms, new ideas helped us a lot.

Everything was done on time and within discussed budget.

PHP Dev support for customization on CiviCRM and further customization on tools we wrote ourselves.

What were your goals for this project?

They had to be fast and reliable, the product instead was required to be maintainable and stable!

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We met on a CiviCamp in Amsterdam, there they presented their CiviMobile app and we got in contact afterwards.

Agiliways task is to support our development team by fixing bugs, developing AngularJS frontends and other tasks which are dropped into the backlog.

We are using two of their coders.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With Agiliway we got our dev need satisfied in a really easy and uncomplicated way. They are also extremely flexible if suddenly you have a change in strategy and need to redirect the project. You can count on their curiosity to try something new, just drop your ideas on them, they will put them into code, for sure!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management is done by us. The communication between their PM is always fruitful and goal oriented.

The flexibility they provided is the most impressive!
