We requested to have built initially a website to promote our business and have a route for potential clients to prebook our services. We had very little else other than that due to busy schedules with fitting out the awesome BloDryBus itself. We wanted a website that had links to social media , a place to start showing off our work once we had captured it live at events. We also required someone to own the whole domain purchase, hosting and maintenance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within in hours of the website being live and posted on social media we started to collate multiple bookings, in fact we were at 40% capacity within a few weeks of being live. The prepaid booking value alone meant we were already in good profit before we arrived at the event and we thank eCommerce23 for this.

They simply took ownership of this project from the very start, as I said before we initially requested a website to promote our business. They stepped in and saw the gaps and told us what we needed todo and in most cases took the ownership of the task, as an example they secured the domain names for us, they set up whatsapp for business for us to communicate to our clientele. 

They suggested a booking service to use which simply flooded us with pre-bookings, they took ownership of providing all the content. They even walked us through what images and drone shots we should capture at the event to then update the site with. They knew exactly what was needed for us to succeed and made sure the site was delivered on time and on budget. I wasn't expecting their strapline to be true, "the last digital agency you will ever need", but I was converted.

They were honest, it was like we were working internally. But what impressed me was how they took control and delivered.

Honestly they should have charged me more, but don't tell them that.
