We expressed our goals, services, and the type of audience we wanted to bring to our new website and engage with them. Agencia colors took it from there and presented to us different solutions and technologies. They considered all our requirements and went above our expectations.

They took care of everything from A to Z! from the website's design, the creation of content (both text and media artifacts), and the implementation of SEO techniques.

We have multiplied by 7 the number of visits on our website, we also saw a significant increase in the number of leads and contact forms submissions (+250 %). The implemented SEO is already starting to show its benefits as we are noticing a ranking increase on Google and Bing.

The project started with the development of the website of Ascobom, our main company, after a detailed briefing collected by the Colors Agency, they presented us with an initial preview of the conclusion, according to the deadline, and after simple revisions requested, mostly textual, everything was perfectly suited to the wishes of direction and team.

Then we went to the websites of Ascob and Copa, which are subsidiary companies linked to the Asocobom organization. And the process was even faster with a nice initial presentation of how the project would be, which was immediately approved, we proceeded to the final stage of publishing on Live.

In total, our marketing team worked with 4 different people in this project, Wesley the CEO, Sheron a social media manager I think, Luiz a web designer and other guy, we think this is from general reception area.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before the agency services, our website had a high bounce rate and we often felt that it was not possible to use its interface or backend for simple tasks such as generating news, event popups and having a mobile version that really engaged the user in a simple way yet modern. We believe that we have achieved excellent results with the increase in visits and decreasing rates of user abandonment by users according to Google Analytics.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The professionals at Agência Colors showed themselves to be open and willing to accept ideas and provide options that suited us, but at the same time they did not fail to give certain professional insights that were key for everything to go well. And with regard to deadlines and the relationship, we have excellent general feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Web design services such as the creation of banners, custom sections and call to actions that generated good engagement combined with an improved design for UX and mobile version along with the use of effective tools linked to our current marketing platforms to capture precious leads were some of the several factors that certainly contributed to the final result of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we did not have any serious problems or an apparent technical difficulty from providers, there is no need to highlight anything here. Everything went objectively and that pleased us.
