Ertha is a start up company producing organic herbs infusions using such as saffron , Levander , calendula , hemp and other . I am one of the Co founders having more than 20 years experience in various markets and managerial positions in the FMCG industry.

AG design started from scratch . The brief it was literally nothing . Just the idea of producing organic hemp based infusions . So , the project was zero based the branding , which means brand name , packaging development , copyrighting and web design.

What were your goals for this project?

To reach something that express and represents our values , believes and us in terms of packaging and branding . A brand that is standing out , cosmopolitan and contemporary .

We were looking for a company that has a fresh and vivid view on concept . Also it was very important for us the chemistry between us and the company’s people which is Alex Gavrilakis. Somebody to has the ability to listen and to understand what is behind the product .

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Absolutely exceptional. We use to have calls , discussions , back and forth a lot of times during crazy hours with a lot of fun. We were together all a long the journey .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We have become more than partners. They're an extension of our company. Alex is part of the company as a consultant, advisor, and strategist.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Could charge more ! The AG design it was beyond expectations .

I am the head of communications at Institut français de Grèce.

Design & Develop the new website for the Institut français de Grèce.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to re-structure our website into something new, fresh and functional. We sought to introduce the new Digital Identity for the Institut français de Grèce, rather than just redesigning our website’s templates.

AG Design Agency has a strong approach in visual communication case studies. Their multidisciplinary solutions in a diverse range of national and international projects made us feel confident about the expected results of our collaboration.

Describe the project in detail.

The Agency undertook the User Experience research and analysis, the design of the new User Interface, the implementation of the website programming and the Institute’s digital brand (re)positioning strategy.

What was the team composition?

The project involved a UX/UI Designer, a Business & Data Analyst and two full stack Developers, dealing in daily basis with our team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Given the Institute’s extensive program of educational and cultural activities and the fact that the website is used by a diverse audience of different ages and needs, a carefully mapped strategy was created which led to a radical change in the way the information is organized and presented.

The new digital portal of the French Institute of Greece is more user-friendly and easily accessible to all its visitors, providing intelligible categorization of the information regarding course registrations, exam results, events, film screenings and historical content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a very tight workflow. The project was launched in less than 3 months of work after the initial briefing, including the time consuming data entry! We had a weekly status update where the most crucial decisions where made.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their passion in detail and their deep analysis on every single solution was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don’t think so. We need time to understand how our audience reacts with the new functionalities. New features may be added at a later stage.

I am the founder of eLearning Industry Inc., the leading online platform that serves professionals and businesses by providing inspiring, industry-specific content and high-end marketing tools and resources.

eLearning Industry Inc. was created in 2012 as a one-man show from a small cafe and the next coming years it grew rapidly. While our beginnings were humble, we are now proud to say that more than 650.000 e-learning professionals visit our platform each month.

Since our identity was limited to our logo which no longer fully expressed our values, we asked AG Design Agency for help, establishing a fresh brand experience that would reflect the company’s growing global presence and unique position in the market.

AG Design Agency, going a step further, challenged both parties (AG & eLI) to create a motivating and inspiring visual system that would set new standards for an industry often seen as dull and impersonal.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to refresh our look n feel and mostly to reposition our core brand values. Our goal was to develop a distinct Brand Identity system for eLearning Industry, our rapidly growing online publishing platform, and digital marketing powerhouse by creating its own distinct personality.

We also needed to redesign the user interface of our e-commerce website into a simple but engaging, user-friendly platform to introduce and sell our competitive products.

SOLUTION

How did you select AG Design Agency?

My team did a deep research into the market, looking for experienced brand design agencies with skills in developing powerful design solutions for a diverse and international clientele. We were not looking for an ephemeral, but for a long-standing collaboration.

We chose AG Design Agency because of its proven portfolio of quality work, their strategic thinking behind each decision, and their strong knowledge to train our team on how to implement and most importantly, evolve the design elements they created for our brand.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

At an early stage, we had a series of discovery meetings to get to know each other and discuss our goals and objectives. AG Design Agency presented us with their capabilities and a selection of branding & website projects in order to have a clear understanding of their design process and outcome.

Within the first three weeks, we received a super detailed presentation of branding proposals. We chose unanimously and at the first sight the selected direction. It was a sweet shock for all of us, because it was a totally unexpected direction for us, until that moment.

Then AG’s team handled an about a two-week feedback session before delivering the requested brand material one after the other. In parallel, AG was in constant collaboration with the User Experience expert and our inhouse development department, designing all the templates for our e-commerce platform.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager to support us as the main point of contact throughout the project. The Creative Director of AG Design Agency managed a team of 2 Art Directors, 2 UX/UI Designers, as well as a Quality Assurance resource working behind the scenes, 1 illustrator, and 1 copywriter.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Most importantly our new logo, brand identity, and website has inspired all our team in a significant way. It describes the e-learning community and our role in this challenging market.

We purposefully moved away from the seemingly rigid and conservative “Tree of Knowledge” logo and translated the brand’s pillars: Community, Teamwork, Responsibility, Progress, and Productivity into Melissa the Bee, a symbol that reveals wisdom, strength, and harmony, an encouragement to open communications and a unified community.

We hear positive feedback on the rebrand from existing and potential customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager and the rest of the team that we were assigned were easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over several online digital tools at least twice a week to get all things done. AG’s team not only reached their timeliness but completed earlier than planned.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were blown away by the unexpected solution they came up with, to replace our old logo and the transformation of our until then dull website into a functional yet beautiful e-shop.

We learned much more than we thought possible, and we appreciated their proactivity in proposing solutions that they were not asked for. We have already discussed expanding our collaboration for other website needs we have soon.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, I haven’t much to improve. I believe we had a smooth and efficient collaboration and efficiently beautiful results.

I am the Marketing Director of Lydakis Construction, a well-established multidisciplinary engineering & construction company – established in 1978– entering the Real Estate world with the brand name Lydakis Estate, specializing in the sale, rental and management of high end private and commercial properties.

We made several meetings and long discussions on what we needed to promote through our new brand. First we selected the new name for the company and then we built a complete new branding with new logo etc.

We were dealing with the Creative Director, Alexandros Gavrilakis. He was involving the people needed from his team on the background.

The naming and the new brand has amazed every single person that has come across it. Internal team and other collaborators have fully embraced the new brand.

Excellent. We had a peer to peer contact and everything was funnelled through the Creative Director. Communication was smooth and fast.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It is how spot on was their final deliverable, fully grasping what we needed to demonstrate.
