SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The ongoing project covers solution architecture, development, integration, testing, and documentation, followed by rollout support. Aleksa (CTO) leads the technical architecture and delivery.Aetherius is responsible for the full SDK build, including solution architecture, development, payment integration, testing, and documentation. What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2026, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As the project is ongoing, we measure progress through agreed development milestones, working functionality presented during regular demos, and testing results. These checkpoints help us assess delivery against the agreed scope and address feedback throughout development. We’ll evaluate the final outcomes after the rollout. One early milestone was completing the technical assessment and defining the SDK architecture and development approach. This resulted in a clear implementation plan, scope, and effort estimate, giving us a concrete basis for moving into development.

How did Aetherius perform from a project management standpoint?

Aetherius’s project management is great. We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?
