I’m the founder of Divergent Thinkers. We create different types of web and mobile applications for learning development for all ages.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with AEITCH?

We needed assistance with some of our development projects, so we hired AEITCH.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AEITCH provided us with IT consulting services and development assistance on some parts of our project that weren’t originally part of the scope. For some of our apps to work and scale, we required different types of software setups, mainly on Google, so AEITCH helped us handle those setups. Their services included setting up virtual machines and creating a hub to improve interactivity during our development process.

I originally provided AEITCH with a feature guide to follow, which detailed the scope of the project. After they understood our requirements, they built the components needed for the product, and they also helped me set up its hardware. As for the technology stack, they used Python, Google Cloud, HTTP connectors, and more.

What is the team composition?

I mainly worked with one person from AEITCH, although another person joined for a brief part of the engagement.

How did you come to work with AEITCH?

I found them on Google. I connected with someone from their team, this person gave me a pitch, and I liked them. AEITCH’s pitch was very convincing, and they demonstrated high moral standards. Their team conveyed trust and honesty, and they were very punctual. Once they proved my initial hunch, I was happy to continue working with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2022, and the most recent project ended in November 2022. Still, we have an ongoing relationship with AEITCH, and we’ll keep working with them as new projects come in.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

AEITCH provided us with a great service. They worked on what we needed and performed as expected, which was the main success factor for this project.

How did AEITCH perform from a project management standpoint?

AEITCH was very punctual and forthcoming with each task, so everything was delivered within the expected timelines. Our collaboration was entirely virtual; we mainly communicated via Slack and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at AEITCH, as well as the way they operate and treat their clients, are impressive. They showed that they cared about my business, and they treated us with honesty and care.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any areas of improvement for AEITCH. I was satisfied with their work because they did what I needed them to do.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest and forthcoming with what you want, and they’ll give you the same honesty through their work in return.

What is the scope of their involvement?

AEITCH provided us with cloud consulting, infrastructure, and architecture services. They were only working on the network layer.

I was in contact with only one person from their team.

How did you come to work with AEITCH?

One of my friends recommended AEITCH to me.

How much have you invested with them?

This project cost us about $1,400.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked together on this project from October–November 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The processor is pretty smooth and bug-free. There was also a very complex task that was making an alert to the cloud functions; their team handled it in an excellent and very efficient way. I became a fan of theirs after they did that. 

How did AEITCH perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered all tasks within the agreed timeline and were very efficient and good at communication. They used the Agile methodology and gave me daily updates regarding the project. If there were any issues, they always informed me. We used Google Meet for daily communication. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have any complaints about working with AEITCH.

Be open with AEITCH because they are very knowledgeable and will help you in any way they can.
