What were your goals for this project?

The primarily goal was to generate leads from a selected list of 27 countries and secondary goal was to spread awareness about India as a favorable destination for higher education.

We had a RFP process and there were grading done by multiple members. Adworth was a clear winner in this process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the help of Adworth, we were able to generate a double-digit growth in the number of leads and reducing the over all CPL for the capaign

It was very effective. Regular checkin calls and JSR helped to organised the work.

The positive attitude and the passion of over delivering i feel was the most impressive part of working with Adworth.

We were looking for new packaging designs for some products that we were launching.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We give them a brief of our requirements, and they came up with the concept, and they shared different design options with us in a presentation. Following that, we chose the design we wanted and provided them with our feedback. 

They also worked with us on our social media and communications. They created the content for us, and all our social media channels are managed by them. Additionally, they ran a print advertising campaign.

Prakhar (Managing Director) is our main point of contact, and we also work with one other person.

They had introduced themselves through a reference, and we invited them to pitch.

We spent 10–15 Lakhs (approximately $1,300-$2,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

I think we started working together in April 2017, and we’re still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The engagement with our social media is good. Once we switched to Adworth Media from our previous agency, we really got more exposure. They’re able to engage our customers very well. 

Sometimes based on what our competitors are doing, we have to turn around new concepts when it comes to advertising. They’ve always been able to help us respond to changes in the industry.

I have enjoyed working with the team. They’re very helpful, professional, and they’re available late in the evenings and at odd times when our in-house team is working 24/7. They’re able to provide us all the backup support we need.

Their branding and packaging work is wonderful. We’re currently working together on the packaging for a new ice cream product that we are planning to launch. They do everything from A to Z.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is always room for improvement. However, we’re able to identify our gaps once the product is on the market. In cases where we want to rework it, we are able to do that with them.

The agency is selected through a tendering process and goes through three rounds before final empanlement. We started working with Adworth in July 2017. They’ve designed our newsletter every quarter since then. They generally prepare a design within 3–4 days. We’ve produced 12 newsletters so far.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re a government organization, and we have a specific outlook on newsletter design. We’re very satisfied with their work, which is why we’ve been working with Adworth for three years.

We communicate through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. They’re very quick to get back to us, they respond to our queries within half an hour. As far as turnaround time is concerned, they take 3–4 days to design our newsletters.
