• For a client in mental health segment we were develop app, taht neded in app videos, vdieos for youtueb ads etc.
• Similar to headspace videos, we wanted a video sereis for higher engagement in oru app.

Advids helped us create a 14 video sereis to eucate first time users on variosu app features and workflows. We had shared detailed breifs on each moduel, and they able to work on our Figma fiels and create mockups.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a great user time on site, the app inital onboarding was very sticky,

We palnned to create a teaser videos, followed by in app onbaording video sreis, the tiem schedule was tight, Yes Advids was able to deliver all rpoject within the agreed time.

Their ability to iterate, make changes, and communicate quickly impressed us.

I believe they are organized team, currently i do not have a cocnrete suggestion.

I’m the founder of a business services company. We create custom content strategies and manage reputations for our clients to build their brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADVIDS?

We wanted to work with a partner who could routinely deliver quality content in various formats.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ADVIDS has taken on all our content formats quite easily. Our requirements cover video content for landing pages and events. The team has created four 25-second social media teasers and a 60-second event teaser. ADVIDS has worked with us end-to-end, from concept development to final postproduction.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from ADVIDS.

How did you come to work with ADVIDS?

We found ADVIDS through an online search. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with ADVIDS from February–April 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a quality engagement, not just views. Our event promotion was a paid ad campaign. With a good video creative, we’ve been able to reduce CPM by 40%. Tentative attendees are excited to get more information about the event. We can run a remarketing campaign on the main video watched with the four short social ads. Many viewers have reported that it’s a great video. More importantly, we need to look premium, which ADVIDS has met.

How did ADVIDS perform from a project management standpoint?

They push every day for feedback and quick revisions. The team swiftly integrates comments. We communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ADVIDS’ zeal to work with us and iterate without friction was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have a more in-depth process understanding upfront at every stage. This could have saved us a bit of time.
