Advantage has been our IT manager for many years.  We recently hired them to provide cybersecurity training and management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Advantage has assisted us with various aspects of IT management over the years and has played a key role during times in which our systems were down and in recovering files and restarting our systems.  They recently helped us secure access to our website domain when another vendor who manages that for us dropped the bal.  Advantage is a hardworking group of professionals who we depend upon and to whom we have much confidence.

Advantage expends whatever resources are necessary to get the project done on time.

Advantage Technology helped complete a Cyber Grant through the department of education. Also, I used their services to help with STEM strategies in the classroom for my Technology Coaches.

We are still waiting on the grant award information, but my technology coaches came away with good ideas for their classroom.
