What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started using them to open our market. Since we started using their marketing materials, our business has picked up about 65%. We’re excited to bring in even more customers.

How did Adulis Technology Services perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they were excellent. Any time I called, they answered. They did everything I wanted.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve done an excellent job. They’ve been the best to deal with when it comes to communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They gave me the best design.

It’s a fair price. They’re humble and excellent to communicate with.

We weren't implementing any marketing and our website needed an upgrade. Adulis helped us with that. We hired them to help us double our business through marketing and by improving our online presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They assisted us with Facebook and Google. The team also upgraded our website. We didn’t want to use any regular templates, so they did customized work for us. Moreover, we wanted to improve the usability and look of our platform.

Nine people from Adulis team worked on our project. Yonatan (Scrum Master) was our main point of contact.

We searched the internet, and we looked for potential vendors and what they were doing. In the end, we chose Adulis.

Our partnership ran from January–March 2020.

We were happy with the services they provided. We also received positive feedback from external stakeholders because of their work. Most importantly, they had doubled our business.

They had a very good project management process. We met once a week during the engagement.

The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with.
