We are involved with manufacturing and distributing all kinds of sportswear and athletic wear and casual wear.

We wanted a website, a web portal for e-commerce, and inventory management system for its warehouse to keep track of all the products that we provide for our customers. We had engaged Dotlogics to assist us with developing some solutions for this.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for development companies that were in the US. There were several companies that had good portfolios like Adscrey. We ended up choosing Adscrey because of their good references and their experience with e-commerce sites.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Adscrey made a web portal for us that not only serves as an introduction for the company for its marketing purposes, but also has all kinds of ecommerce capabilities. We have many different types of customers – some are wholesalers and some are distributors. We have different specialized pricing for different types of customers.

It's a rather complex setup, but Adscrey was very helpful in meeting all the requirements that we had and providing us a solution for that. Similarly, they did our inventory management system. It helped to organize our stock that we have for all our products and, on a real-time basis, we are able to manage our inventories at this point.

They integrated payment portals. Then, they had certain shipping arrangements with other companies like UPS, FedEx, and so on, and they incorporated all those into our website so that when a customer has a buying experience, he or she can very easily get all of the different options for shipping and making payments and things like this.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We not only get good feedback in terms of Adscrey design of the site, but we also have been making good sales and, day by day, the site is doing better and better. We're now engaging them for Advertising services and other services to bring in traffic, and that's also starting to be very helpful to bring in more traffic to the site.

Adscrey is excellent. They were also very detail-oriented. They knew their work very well, and whatever scope we provided, they were always actively engaged, making sure that we were satisfied with the work that was being done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Adscrey reliability, attentiveness to detail, and project management are outstanding. They are very proactive. Once they take on a project, they are really leading it, and they are engaging in terms of meeting the goals that we've set for them. Overall, it was a great experience for us.

I spoke with several companies and almost settled for one when I saw one of Adscrey ads on Google. I had an initial call with one of their sales representatives and then another call with Shivam. We had a good rapport, and He seemed to have integrity.

First, we sent PowerPoint rough drafts to Adscreyof our ideas about the site. They then developed our e-commerce website using Shopify. They’ve integrated Stripe for payment processing and ShipEngine to allow our users to get shipping rates. The development is ongoing, but it’s mostly because I haven’t been in a hurry to have the site up and running.

I primarily worked with Shivam and another teammate.

I’m delighted with Adscrey work. They’ve transformed our ideas into reality even though we’ve only sent them rough drafts.

Our project manager has been phenomenal. he’s very patient and responsive, and He jumps on calls whenever I ask her to. He’s always punctual, and she follows up with me on emails that I send her about corrections and updates to the site. He ensures that things are to my liking. We communicate through email, Google Meet, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Adscrey’s level of service is impressive. I can feel that they’re really caring as a company.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

can’t think of anything they could have improved on. However, I would’ve liked to meet the people who are helping us behind the scenes.

We did a lot of research and online and Adscrey seemed to be a great fit after the initial consultation. Everyone there is extremely personable and stays in constant communication.

After the consultation the team immediately went to work. They fixed several of our old campaigns and took a more modern approach to things. Rich use a strategy that would learn based off of information the campaigns received from google and it has made a huge difference. Overall the strategy seems to be far superior than those used by other companies.

Two, named Shivam and Bhawna, one being from the sales/customer connection side and Bhawna who runs our campaigns and manages the day-to-day. Both are incredible and do a fantastic job.

Not only have we gotten back on track with sales thanks to Adscrey , we have actually seen an increase in sales in products we typically did not sell before, which is a testament to their knowledge and expertise.

We meet as often as needed. Shivam is always incredibly responsive to emails and is open to suggestion as well as giving advice. It is all around a great relationship.

Everything has been smooth sailing with Adscrey. The only issues we have had are product approvals but those are a google issue and out of Adscrey control.
