I am the CMO of a company that manufactures and sells electric bikes both direct to consumer and in retail. We manufacture best in class electric bikes at accessible prices for consumer use. Our range of ebikes allows consumers of all ages, physicalities and demographics to ride a bike with ease.

Upon joining Aventon, I needed a trusted partner to help us level up our digital marketing efforts, and having worked with Adquadrant in previous roles, I knew they would be the right partner to take on the task. By engaging AdQuadrant we were able to scale the business and break records.

AdQ put a focus on paid search, paid social and retargeting, while also supporting us with full service solutions like creative, CRO, SEO, and more, as we had a lean team at the time, and needed their support.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having worked agency side marketing for 10 years prior to client side, I knew what a good Digital Marketing agency needed to look like. adQuadrant always met and exceeded our expectations. I had retained them as our AOR at my previous company, and when the time was right, brought them on in my new role.

AdQ did an exhaustive audit of our digital marketing efforts and provided us a thorough write up along with a proposal for how they could help us improve results. We then had a discovery call to review the findings in detail, discuss opportunities, weaknesses, and resources needed. They thoughtful considered the needs and provided a proposal that met those needs.

We then gave them full access of our search and social accounts to start the onboarding process. They helped us define the KPIs we would focus on and optimize, and hit the ground running. We had a 30 day learning phase, followed by a quick scale phase in which they were able to immediately gain wins and break records in less than 60 days of onboarding.

AdQ provides a high touch team of experts, this included an account director, media planner for each channel, access and support from the CEO and founder, as well as creative resources and support. The team flexed as needed and over time grew to be a formidable extension of our team, making up more experts than my own internal team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our paid digital efforts were very successful from the onset under AdQs mgmt. They were able to achieve 3x growth in the first 60 days, and continued to scale to help us achieve 300% in less than 9 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly syncs, and any adhocs needed to support other projects. The weekly meetings were to review the metrics, align on strategies, and set expectations. AdQ was easy to work with and felt like a natural extension of my internal team.

AdQ provides a well rounded approach to Digital Marketing, with a focus on client relations. They are not like typical agencies that lean into their tech to do the work, they are high touch and highly engaged in day to day. They focus on strategy and are drive the business along side the business stakeholders. They are a trusted partner to any head of marketing on the client side.
