Admind was responsible for developing several alternative creative directions for the 2025 edition of our environmental film festival, based on the festival’s mission and annual communication goals. After presenting multiple concepts, the team supported us in selecting and refining the final creative line that became the basis for the festival’s visual identity.

The scope of work included the development of the final key visual and its adaptation to several sample formats in both vertical and horizontal layouts, intended as reference designs for further production. Admind delivered the creative assets and visual guidelines that were later used by a separate production and DTP vendor responsible for full-scale implementation and printing.

This approach allowed us to validate the concept early, ensure creative consistency, and efficiently scale the visual system across all required communication channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The festival achieved high audience attendance compared to previous editions, which confirmed strong public interest and effective visual communication.

Online campaign materials based on the new key visual delivered solid click-through rates across social media and partner channels.

Additionally, the festival’s presence in the city was highly noticeable, with positive feedback from partners, sponsors, and attendees regarding the clarity and visibility of outdoor and on-site branding.

The ideas were strong, well aligned with our mission, and professionally executed.

Project management was well organized and transparent throughout the process. Admind worked with clear milestones and timelines, and all agreed deliverables were provided on schedule.

Communication was efficient and responsive, with quick turnaround times for feedback and revisions. The team was flexible and open to adjustments, which was important for an event-based project with multiple stakeholders.

Importantly, Admind also participated in a joint presentation meeting with our title sponsor, where they professionally explained the creative concept and its application. This helped align expectations early and supported smooth approval of the final direction.

Overall, they demonstrated strong ownership of the creative process and a good understanding of our operational constraints and deadlines. All milestones were met according to the agreed schedule, and feedback rounds were handled quickly, which was critical for an event with fixed production deadlines.

The cooperation model, including a barter-based settlement, was very valuable for us as a non-profit organization and provided excellent value relative to the scope and quality of work delivered.

What stood out most was the combination of strong creativity with a very collaborative and open working style. The team created a positive and constructive atmosphere, which made the creative process efficient and genuinely engaging.

They listened carefully to our feedback and were able to translate it into meaningful creative improvements, rather than just making superficial changes. At the same time, they consistently met deadlines and kept the project moving forward without unnecessary delays.

Although the initial scope of cooperation covered mainly the key visual, the team proved to be reliable, creative, and highly professional both during the design process and in meetings with key stakeholders, including our title sponsor.  As a result of this cooperation, we decided to significantly expand the scope of work for the 2026 edition of the festival, which is the best confirmation of our trust in their capabilities.

The overall experience was very positive, with strong engagement from the team, smooth communication, and results that met both our creative and organizational expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Admind Branding & Communications could have done differently?

Our scope of cooperation in 2025 was limited mainly to the development of the key visual, so we do not have a full view of Admind’s capabilities across all production areas. However, within the agreed scope, the quality of work fully met our expectations and we did not identify any major areas for improvement.

In fact, based on the positive experience, we decided to significantly expand the scope of cooperation for the following edition of the festival to include full adaptation of materials for all communication formats as well as video branding for the entire event.

Throughout the collaboration, the team provides ongoing consultation and support to ensure that all materials and activities effectively engage and support families at the start of their caregiving journey.

Additionally, AdMind helped integrate ABB's new brand positioning in a visual relaunch, that included a new car livery, primary visual, shirts, and meeting room spaces. ​Tygodnik Powszechny is one of the leading Polish weekly opinion magazines with a long history which started back in the communism era. Since an important anniversary for us was approaching we wanted to find a partner who would help us in communicating it in an interesting way that could resonate well particularly with our younger readers. Admind prepared a communication strategy for us and a handful of visual materials which we used during the campaign.

​We got assigned a team consisting of a project manager, creative director, social media manager and a lead designer to fulfil our needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our branding was improved during the year in which we were commemorating the 75th anniversary. Our online presence, especially in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), was improved, quality of the layout and messeging delivered by Admind greatly helped with that.

Communication skills are definitely an important asset of Admind. We worked in agile methodology and encountered no problems or issues with workflow and deadlines.

I am the project coordinator for the OaSIS Project at the Cracow University of Technology (Politechnika Krakowska). With our project, we hope to analyze Big Data around small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve segmentation methods, foster innovation, and support business growth.

Our goal was to disseminate our project’s findings to a wide community of stakeholders, focusing on regional development agencies. As an international consortium, we have to satisfy our Polish, Belgian, and Spanish partners as well as winning an official procurement bid from the European Commission to get the best value for our money.

Describe the project in detail.

The OaSIS Project is a research project that seeks to provide thorough analyses of existing segmentation approaches for SMEs. Our performance-based methodology allows us to uncover patterns and correlations among innovating SMEs. 

By identifying and spotting early success metrics, regional development and innovation agencies can create new, optimized funding schemes to target enterprises with the highest growth potential. This also gives us a chance to assess the effectiveness of current regional support mechanisms.

Admind Agency is working with us to disseminate our project’s findings to a wide audience. So far, they’ve developed all of our branding and communication materials, created a website, and are now helping us prepare an official procurement bid for the European Commission.

I work directly with a project manager who does an outstanding job. I’ve also had a few meetings with their creative team to go over our vision.
