I'm the co-owner of Charmed Onz Cavaliers, a breeder specializing in raising happy, healthy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies and Cocker Spaniels for homes across the US and Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with AdMark Digital Media?

My website was a mess, so I asked AdMark Digital Media to revamp it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lakshye of AdMark Digital Media has redesigned my entire website from beginning to end. A hacker dissolved my previous website, but the team had the new one ready at a basic level within a week. The team has also upgraded my business email and helped me recover my email accounts. Lakshye and his team including Hazel, from AdMark Digital Media has made every effort to understand dog breeders in general. Our dogs come first, so people looking at our website need to feel that we're trustworthy and honest in our field.

How did you come to work with AdMark Digital Media?

I found them through an email. I chose them because they continually asked if they could help. They weren't pushy at all and knew my website was in trouble from the last company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lakshye of AdMark Digital Media has gone above and beyond with their prompt work and quickness in getting my website up and running again. The new website is fantastic, and everything is a lot easier now that the team has upgraded my business email. I just have to email them and say, 'Here are some photos. Can you please put them on the page for available puppies or wherever?' This has taken so much off my back. Our old website was labeled a malicious site on browsers when it was hacked. I had to contact my old server and ask why, and they told me what happened. This went on for at least eight weeks. With Lakshye & Hazel managing everything, it's definitely a weight taken off my shoulders. I've never had anything go so smoothly. I would go as far as to say that the team is definitely someone I would call a friend.

How did AdMark Digital Media perform from a project management standpoint?

AdMark Digital Media's project management is excellent. The team delivers work quicker than expected. During the process, Lakshye calls me to confirm what he's done, and Hazel emails or calls me. At all times, they keep me up to date with what's happening on their end. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Lakshye, AdMark Digital Media's professionalism and care for their clients. They're always there to help me. Lakshye is always there, and if I contact him with a problem, he'll give it his immediate attention. I'm so grateful that he contacted me when I needed help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren't any. Lakshye and Hazel have been there for me since we started this project. Dog breeding is a completely different website, and I thank them both for being there for me and open to doing something different for our four-legged babies.
