Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an Account Manager at a PR/Public Affairs consulting firm. We have a wide array of clients, and do various projects for them/with them in order to achieve their communications and advocacy strategy goals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Adill Productions, and what were your goals?

One of my clients, a small local non-profit received grant funding to complete a few different projects. They wanted our help to create and promote a PSA. Alicher was brought on as the director of the project, which was needed because though we were able to draft the script ourselves and bring on a videographer, I didn't have the know how to be able to inform what shots we wanted to get, and build a good narrative arc to accompany the script.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Alicher has worked with many of my colleagues on similar projects, so he was an easy pick for this. He also is local to my area, and it was helpful to know that he would be familiar with the environment we were shooting in, since that was important to this local org.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

This was a 90 second PSA for a local domestic violence non profit. Before looping in our videographer and Alicher, I had met with the client and we had developed a script and a suggested shot list. We then looped in our videographer to check in on shooting permits needed, and how he felt about the shots we had listed. He mentioned bringing on Alicher so that we could have someone in a more director role.

Alicher then joined the team, offered feedback on the shots we had listed, and we refined them to work best for the shoot. During this process we were also looking at talent options, and Alicher weighed in on our ideal pick and confirmed that she would work well. On the day of the shoot, Alciher helped guide the videographer for lighting and camera set up, and gave direction to our talent for continuity and body language notes. He also helped advise on the recording of the VO.

The feedback process was great. They were receptive to feedback and considered client nuance.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The PSA is beautiful, and has been very well received.

Alicher worked within our project management tools, and was responsive.

He's a good guy, enjoyed getting to know him and would be happy to work with him again.

I’m a producer at Incite Studios, a video production company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adill Productions?

We needed someone to supplement our video production efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adill Productions helps us produce 15–30 second video ads for various clients and organizations. One of their projects was an animated video about banned books.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Alicher (Founder).

How did you come to work with Adill Productions?

I knew Alicher when he was still part of another company before founding Adill Productions.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve invested somewhere between $30,000–$40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in March 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The people who’ve seen our videos have responded well, as we continue to increase the frequency of the ads we’re publishing — I was doing 1–2 ads with them and by the end of that cycle, we’re now doing somewhere between 10–15 ads.

How did Adill Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management perspective, consistently staying on budget and time. We typically communicate through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our partnership with Adill Productions is highly successful because their team is always very reliable, creative, and flexible regarding the project's scope.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback about their work.

I’d advise you to have a clear idea of what you want, so that Adill Productions can execute it seamlessly.

We had a complex COVID vaccination campaign, and Adill Productions came in as an extension of the team to help create several ads to be aired as part of a large television and digital campaign. He was excellent, easy to work with, and creative. Very appreciative of his work - which was part of a campaign with hundreds of millions of impressions that won several awards.

Adill's experience in politics, high-pressure projects, and his well-rounded approach to storytelling and process, were important factors in deciding to work with him.

Extensive polling and focus groups showed us that a message centered on protecting Essential Workers resonated really strongly with our audience. We tasked Adill Productions to help conceive and excecute an emotional b-roll video that was to be aired on TV and digital

Millions of impressions, and extremely well recieved as part of a dynamic campaign. The video was part of awards submissions that garnered several awards, many people were reached, and lives were impacted.
