We needed help with digital marketing for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

adHamster provides SEO and PPC for us. The team’s work includes building my website, taking care of SEO, keyword research, blog management, handling PPC campaigns on Google and Meta, and creating reports on sales and ad revenue.

We’ve worked with eight members of adHamster’s team, including Umair (Digital Marketing Manager).

How did you come to work with adHamster?

A friend referred adHamster to us, and we decided to hire them because they seemed to be the best for digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and everything related to that. We started with an email introduction and had conversations with adHamster’s owner, who walked me through the whole process and how it would work.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent almost $10,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started this partnership with adHamster, our Instagram followers and ratings have gone up, people are finding me better on Google, and I've noticed that whenever I need them to run a specific campaign, I see results immediately.

Overall, adHamster's work quality is amazing, and there's nothing that I could complain about because they go above and beyond with their service.

How did adHamster perform from a project management standpoint?

adHamster meets our deadlines and does their best to stay on budget because they have the best interest of my company — they work as a part of our internal team. Regarding communication, we use WhatsApp, phone calls, and Zoom meetings. The team answers in the middle of the night if necessary.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review? 

Umair always goes above and beyond anything I need. If I lose service for some reason or have a bad review, he handles that for me, even on a Saturday night.

What did you find most impressive about them?

adHamster's customer service is impressive. I like how they talk to me, relate to me, and are always there. We can always reach them despite the time zone difference or whether it's afternoon or nighttime for them. adHamster's team accommodatesour requests and is always available for communication without issue.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think they can improve on anything because they're 100% there learning with us in a hand-in-hand relationship we have.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be transparent and extremely forward with what you want. Being honest and clear about your goals is the best way to have a good relationship.

I’ve worked with adHamster a couple of times for user acquisition and digital marketing projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

adHamster has helped us in various ways to support our user acquisition efforts. Their tasks have included managing marketing and display advertising campaigns, creating PPC ads on Facebook and Google Ads, and helping us with SEO. As for SEO specifically, we usually write the content, but they support our keyword research, create landing pages as needed, and take a look at the content we write.

I work directly with Salam (Founder).

adHamster was working for a company that later became an investor in one of my companies. Since I met them, I’ve worked with them on various projects.

We’ve spent between $200,000–$1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around 2014, and our engagement is ongoing; we work on a project basis. Although we don’t have an active project currently, our latest project ended in February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We usually see success on our projects based on the ROI and the cost per acquisition we get. For our biggest project, we had a target user acquisition cost, and adHamster exceeded our expectations.

How did adHamster perform from a project management standpoint?

adHamster’s project management is great in every aspect, including staying on budget and communicating with us. We usually communicate via email, phone calls, video calls, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

adHamster’s industry understanding is impressive. They’re very good at what they do, so they’re able to meet our goals. Additionally, they’re open, honest, and communicative, which is very important.

No.

If you provide them with a customer acquisition target cost and budget in advance, they’ll help you meet your goals. Still, adHamster is also very good at helping you identify your market opportunities if you’re unsure about realistic goals.

Since launching nonbrand, we have been able to add about 1,000 new subs for our subscription partner at an affordable CAC.

Adhamster is very thorough and detail-oriented. Their reporting is incredibly granular, which allows for us to see in detail what is working, and more importantly, why it is working. They are very prompt with turnaround requests, but also fair in their timelines if a project is supposed to take longer for it to be done properly (i.e. keyword analysis).
