I'm CEO, the biggest project of our is the VOD application.

For what projects/services did your company hire Adgroup.sh?

We hired Adgroup.sh to create a new VOD website (desktop and mobile), which, as we hope, will be an alternative to existing ones.

What were your goals for this project?

We demanded that whole project must be responsive in its desing, and should have subscritpions payment systems. Of course, there also had to be users account for clients, and features like canceling subscritpions etc.

How did you select this vendor?

We have been searching for suitable company for a quite long time (approximately 3 months), and finally we found them by an advertisement. We checked their profiles (also this on Clutch.co) and as for estimate of our project. We asked the same for 4 others companies, and Adgroup.sh proved to be most client orientated. After two weeks of negotiations we were sure about our choice.

They created the entire VOD application (front and back end), from zero to a functioning product. We gave them some information about the features, but to be honest, our was the idea, and creating documentation and project was on their side. They implemented key functionalities: users account and subscriptions and great buffering speed, the thing that our clients are very happy about. While creating of the app they helped with some consultation about its future growth and monetization.

What was the team composition?

Aside from project manager, who served as an communication chanel between his and our team, there were eight people involved (both in front and back end)..

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our VOD service is getting larger everyday, and everyday we get new clients. We're especially proud of the comments about greate buffering speed, because this was one of our main concerns. As for now, seeing constant grow of customer database, we're very pleased that we choose Adgroup.sh.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

This is the one of the best thing in Adgroup.sh. I've cooperated with a few software houses, and Adgroup.sh is the first one with such a client-oriented strategy. Every move was consulted with us, our initial ideas were confronted and they evolved thanks to brainstorm with their project manage and marketing manager. Communication channels that have been selected by both sides: Trello, Jira, GitHub, Skype and Slack.

Client orientation and UX/UI skills.

Our main goal was to prepare the company to manage new clients while also maintaining a high level of customer service.

We found Adgroup.sh on a dynamic business forum. After evaluating four companies, we selected Adgroup.sh because their solution proposal fit our needs.

First, Adgroup.sh presented us with a system concept. Once we accepted, they began constructing the database. We worked in three-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, we received feedback from the project manager. The final sprints focused on testing and implementation.

The team consisted of four programmers and a project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The system improved communication with potential and current clients. We’ve already gotten new clients from our desired markets.  

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The entire process was effective. The project manager’s feedback was stellar and their cooperation with our team was fantastic. We communicated via Slack and Google Hangouts. We also used Jira as a project management tool.

I found their flexibility and problem solving very impressive.

We wanted to optimize processes and support project management in several markets.

We selected Adgroup.sh after looking at over a dozen companies in the countries where we implement projects.

Adgroup.sh presented a concept, which we accepted after a few amendments. The system contains many useful functions, including ROI analysis, invoicing, service monitoring, staff control, corporate finance control, support management, and marketing automation.

They assigned six programmers to the project, two for the frontend and four for the backend.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our work has become more efficient. We’d planned on hiring more people, but the introduction of the ERP system has allowed us to maintain our current recruitment policy.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The communication was efficient and matter of fact, allowing us to get insights about each stage of application development. We used Jira, which was a great tool for us. The Adgroup.sh team was happy to introduce modifications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their comprehensive approach. We will definitely work with them again.
