The scope of work was divided into deliverable phases. All phases were tied together by the overall goal of developing a recommendation engine. The first phase was a deep dive into our business followed by them providing us with a game plan. They then started cleaning up the data and even began helping us with a few requested "teaser" BI queries on an elastic search tool. 
This was very helpful for us and it was nice to see that we didn't have to wait long to see the benefits of working with Addepto. Then they got started on setting up our Data Warehouse and of course developing all the connectivity points. Lastly, they worked on our version of great BI visibility by creating useful tools and dashboards on Snowflake.

We had weekly meeting to discuss progress on tasks followed by goals with timelines for the upcoming tasks. The team was very on-point and on time with their deliverables.
