The objective was to meticulously evaluate the present data pipeline architecture and the existing data operations processes and deliver recommendations aimed at refining the data infrastructure and establishing an efficient data operations framework. The recommendations encompassed the use of advanced technologies and best practices for deployment, monitoring, management, and governance of data services and solutions in production environments.

The evaluation process involved identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement ensuring a strategic approach was taken to enhance system performance and operational efficiency. The ultimate business goal was to abstract and refactor the core services of our solution to
ensure a smooth migration to AWS. This decision was prompted by the escalating costs associated with our previous servers.

The scope of work was divided into deliverable phases. All phases were tied together by the overall goal of developing a recommendation engine. The first phase was a deep dive into our business followed by them providing us with a game plan. They then started cleaning up the data and even began helping us with a few requested "teaser" BI queries on an elastic search tool. 
This was very helpful for us and it was nice to see that we didn't have to wait long to see the benefits of working with Addepto. Then they got started on setting up our Data Warehouse and of course developing all the connectivity points. Lastly, they worked on our version of great BI visibility by creating useful tools and dashboards on Snowflake.

We had weekly meeting to discuss progress on tasks followed by goals with timelines for the upcoming tasks. The team was very on-point and on time with their deliverables. I'm happy to say that we have been given the tools to better understand our data and business and we are now set up well to continue into the next phase of development. (Recommendation Engine)

Addepto Team built a whole new data warehouse extended by the existing elements of the business intelligence (BI). It used Looker to cover the data visualization and Big Query for the data warehouse. The AirByte data pipeline was enhanced by custom-made connectors and GPT and deployed on the Kubernetes cluster.

The updated solution has been successfully integrated with our Saas software.
