Urban Opulence Hair Co. is a full-service salon and spa located on the far east side of El Paso, Texas. I am the salon owner and currently work as a cosmetologist in my salon.

I hired AdAppsion to provide digital innovative marketing and advertising.

What were your goals for this project?

I was looking for a NEW and FRESH advertising campaign. When I came across AdAppsion, this awesome company caught my attention with how modern, eye-catching and professional AdAppsion advertises their client's businesses.

Not to mention they listened to my needs and got to know what audience my business caters to. AdAppsion came up with the BEST campaign to fit with WHO my audience is and also stayed within my budget.

How did you select AdAppsion?

Innovative, modern, GREAT customer service, professional!!! These are all words I would use to describe why AdAppsion has my business.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had our first meeting via Zoom. We were able to discuss expectations and goals before, during, and after my campaign. AdAppsion provided me with their professional opinion as to what would work best for my business.

Shortly after our meeting, I received an email with the details as discussed in our Zoom call. I also received a timeline for the next coming weeks.

What was the team composition?

I have been working directly with Ed through the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My project is due to go live March 1.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We set up our Zoom Meeting to discuss expectations and to give an opportunity for AdAppsion to do a presentation. They pulled up my website and we were able to discuss in detail how my campaign would work.

Every time I have a question, AdAppsion gets back to me in a timely manner. I have had nothing but AWESOME communication.

They listened to every step of the way and gave their professional opinion as to what would look best. We came up with a game plan and also I received a timeline as to what to expect in the coming weeks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have never seen this type of advertisement in El Paso. It is unique!

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think this company does an amazing job.
