Actualize was hired to provide ongoing and comprehensive support for digital design and production to support our business’s marketing efforts during and after a corporate rebrand. This included creating digital page layouts, graphic design elements, paid media ads, social graphics, email templates, and other design assets that were needed as one-offs from the brand and digital teams.

Actualize was able handle the entire scope along with additional design and production requests including motion work, infographic-style designs, social graphics, iconography, and collaboration with content teams. The nature of the partnership allowed them to be flexible with our teams as needs shifted and changed over time.

The team works quickly, and communicates frequently—often between different systems in email, Teams chat, Asana tasks or phone calls. They have been incredibly flexible with us over the years of our collaboration together. The project management is friendly, professional, and prompt, and it makes working with the team a joy.

Vaisala acquired Leosphere, the leading manufacturer of wind lidar for wind farms and we hired Actualize to help us with every aspect of the rebrand and more. The "more" is that we decided to take the opportunity to communicate our much larger renewable energy story. This meant crafting umbrella messaging to create a cohesive story to demonstrate how our entire suite of solutions benefits the wind energy industry.

Additionally, it was important to let existing customers, who had counted on and leveraged Leosphere and its lidar suite for years, know how the integration of Leosphere into Vaisala would provide even greater value for their business.

Key deliverables included: building the high-level messaging and value propositions; spinning all related renewable energy assets to address the requirements and benefits specific to wind energy customers; constructing new web pages to tell the big story and showcase all of the relevant solutions, creating hundreds of new assets and content pieces to support sales enablement and demand generation.
