I had Active Media, do a complete website rebuild for me, as well as integrating software needed in order for me to create my own courses, have online memberships, sell both physical and digital goods in a shop, as well as creating my entire email list strategy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not only was I able to create and sell two successful online course launches, I was able to learn how to use the back end of my website, as well as the email software needed to create full email campaigns. 

I was able to cancel an expensive subscription through a different company that helps build out online courses and do it myself for one yearly fee instead. Amber not only built me a beautiful and professional website, but she empowered me to be able to work in the back end of my website, and confidently grow the online course portion of my business.

Amber and her team were INCREDIBLY efficient, and over delivered with every request.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really know how to give you everything. Not only do they deliver you a website that performs incredibly on Google searches and is completely optimized for search engine optimization, they also have an eye for design and know how to create for their client and the brand that they are trying to build. A company that has both the artistic qualities as well as the knowledge for the back end of a website is very rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Active Media could have done differently?

The Active media will be the only company I ever use for website development from here on out. I could not have had a better experience.

The project was finished on schedule, showcasing The Active Media's dedication to meeting deadlines. Our revamped website has greatly enhanced the user experience, making it easier for visitors to access the information they need, which was one of our main objectives. Furthermore,  The Active Media's team was highly responsive whenever challenges emerged.

Our project manager at The Active Media's was our main point of contact and was extremely prompt in addressing our inquiries. Additionally, whenever problems or delays arose, she was excellent at providing clear explanations of the reasons and outlining the necessary steps to proceed.

The Active Media demonstrated a true dedication to delivering high-quality work.

I believe The Active Media might have underestimated the amount of content that needed to be transferred from our old site to the new one. Consequently, we assisted in adding some of the content to the new site. While this demanded extra effort on our end, it also allowed us to become more familiar with the new CMS.

Active Media and I went on location out in the hills of Southern Utah to capture a dynamic video that introduces who I am the concept behind the services that is offered. There was some text overlay as well as some audio. The added touches of text and logo helped honor the brand that is represented.
