I´m the COO of the company and we have importants contract of IT Services across the Brazil.

For what projects/services did your company hire Acolita, and what were your goals?

This application of the SAC project was developed without documentation and by a developer without much experience of best practices. We still had a break in the continuity of the professionals at the client, which generated a series of problems due to lack of knowledge of the business rule and the scope of the project. With that, we hired Acolita to take over the project to correct the code and complete the development of the system.

We have already worked on some previous projects, and in addition to the positive results, we ensure the experience and commitment of the company's professionals.

- a web application to help our company to manage the projects and the tasks - a road conservation web application for one of our clients - a mobile version of the road conservation web application

There were 4 people on the project, being a PO and 2 senior developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We managed to stabilize the application, we released more than 20 versions to correct more than 30 documented items. We created new features, met the business need and solved the requisition x delivery problem with the documentation and refinement of the items!

We use github to manage code versions, create macro and refined documentation to align sprints and deliverables. We did a weekly follow-up to resolve doubts and give vent to deliveries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their excellent communication skill set and team commitment were impeccable!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At first I don't see any other way to act.

Acolita was hired to help us migrate from Java 7 to Java 8 for our ERP. Also with the aim of improving performance and improving the development of our internal team.

I already knew the owner of the company as we worked together on previous projects that were also successfully carried out.
