I'm the co-founder of Easytools, an all-in-one platform that enables creators to sell digital products, manage customers, build landing pages, run online courses, and handle billing and taxes — all from a single subscription.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Achromatic Studio to accomplish for Easytools?

We needed help with the UI/UX design of our platform and with research to improve our customer experience and onboarding process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Achromatic Studio has been working on new features for our platform. The team has been responsible for ideating, creating mock-ups, and designing detailed projects within Figma and our design system. Achromatic Studio has also created specs for our developers and guided them through the process from feature discovery to deployment. The team has mainly focused on the UI of Easytools, our checkout solution, and tools for creators, such as player emails and email campaigns.

We A/B test solutions and measure user experiences, and Achromatic Studio's work can be measured precisely, so we know that it really helps our customers. The team has helped us achieve better customer onboarding, better conversion rates in the checkouts, reduced onboarding time, and higher satisfaction scores.

How did Achromatic Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Achromatic Studio is always on time and very reliable. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. I like that they help us instantaneously when we ask. Achromatic Studio is always available. The team has also matched our communication style and preferences, so they've joined our Slack and Linear. Thanks to this, my teammates can collaborate with them as if they were part of our team. Achromatic Studio is very responsive and happy to accept feedback and help us iterate a lot.

We briefed them extensively, but were able to rely on their expertise and experience to deliver suggestions and consult on various aspects of the design of the website that we weren't sure of. As always, their recommendations were spot on, and we were able to feel like we were moving forward with a very trustworthy partner. 

The deliverable was a finished landing page in Webflow and brand guidelines for visual communication together with the design of a logo.

Successful on-time launch of the website ahead of the live event, enabling the first presale campaign to run without technical or UX issues.

• Creating a site based on design materials that represent the ELMNTL brand and products – Prefab Cabins, ADUs & Saunas.
• The site has to be interactive but simple to navigate and user friendly.
• The main goal was to show value of products and spirit of ELMNTL – harmony with nature, eco-friendly approach mixed with modernity.
• We wanted to make the experience of buying a modular home as easy and joyful as picking up an iPhone.

The enlisted Achromatic to build our webpage from the ground up. We wanted a way to display our products that span multiple distinct categories, while keeping the UX clean, navigable and optimised around product discovery and purchase intent.
The list of deliverables were:

• Home page design and implementation
• Individual product pages conceptualisation and execution
• Integration into our CRM and sales systems
• Building out our content management and CMS structure.

We were able to establish an online presence, 5X website traffic and double our overall lead generation.
Achromatic was great at taking complex, sometimes competing objectives and simplifying them down to effective solutions that put the product first and drove inquiries.
They are great at coming to you with solutions and really consider them a partner in our success throughout this process.

Always on time :). They were super efficient- we used a project management tool to coordinate tasks. 
In the realm of website design and development, oftentimes, client requests can be vague and amorphous. Achromatic Studio had a real strength to understand the core message of what was required, cut out the fluff, and come back with ready-to-implement solutions that almost always were exactly what we were looking for.

Achromatic studio does not walk the beaten path. It uses tools such as, for example, Webflow, which not only speeds up work but gives more value to the client. Achromatic's team evolves with new capabilities like AI and not against them.
