Acessio built the complete online presence for our private medical practice.

Deliverables:

• Main practice website (dr-lindenthal.de) with appointment booking
• responsive design and full navigation structure
• Two additional websites ("Medical Weight Loss" and practice/medical site) with conversion-oriented, SEO-optimized structure CMS & content hub for medical guide articles SEO & AI visibility setup: structured data, schema markup, multi-site SEO, tracking Google Business Profile premium optimization
• Quality assurance with multiple revisions and bug fixing

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is recently completed, so long-term numbers are still pending. Measurable outcomes so far: all three websites went live as planned, the online appointment booking system is fully functional, and our Google Business Profile now appears correctly with consistent information after our address change. The site structure and technical SEO foundation were verified as complete, and first patient bookings are already coming in through the website.

Project management was excellent. Communication was fast, personal, and uncomplicated – Victor was always reachable and responded to requests and feedback quickly. Deliverables came on time, changes were implemented promptly, and even extra revisions were handled without hesitation or additional cost. He proactively kept me updated throughout the project.

What impressed me most was the combination of technical expertise and genuine commitment. acessio didn't just build websites – they thought strategically about SEO, AI visibility, and how patients actually find a practice online. Everything came from one hand, the personal service was outstanding, and extra effort was invested in quality without charging more than agreed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something acessio Design & Marketing could have done differently?

No, not really – I was very satisfied with the whole collaboration. Everything I needed was delivered, and communication was always smooth. I can't think of anything they should have done differently.
