I am the sales manager of a company that makes and sells leather baby shoes and accessories.

What challenge were you trying to address with AccuraCast?

We wanted to improve our social media presence and increase brand awareness through digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AccuraCast creates and manages our social media advertising campaigns and Google Ad campaigns.  AccuraCast does the keyword research and creates the copy for ads.

They make suggestions when it comes to video and image content and advice us on other platforms we should consider as well as website improvements.

What is the team composition?

We mostly work with two team members from AccuraCast but sometimes there is additional support from other team members.

How did you come to work with AccuraCast?

I originally met someone from their team at a tradeshow, and we talked for a good while. It wasn’t the right time to engage them but they kept in touch with us, so when the timing was right we had already built a good rapport.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since working with Accuracast our sales have increased 2 fold. Our goal of increasing brand awareness has been, and continues to be, achieved.

The team communicates regularly and monitors campaigns closely. They stay within budgets and give clear advice and instruction.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AccuraCast has the digital marketing skills and results speak for themselves. What makes AccuraCast stand out is the team, who are approachable and easy to work with.

Digital marketing can be daunting but AccuraCast has the skills and knowledge to make it work for you. If there's something you don't understand or are unsure of just tell them.

Our ongoing engagement with AccuraCast started in January 2012.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AccuraCast effectively promotes our clients’ platforms through their marketing efforts, with some of them now enjoying 300–400% upticks in conversion rates, lowered ad spends, and higher page rankings on Google. AccuraCast determines high-yielding keywords and fine-tunes conversion pipelines, enabling our clients to bid and secure quality leads.

How did AccuraCast perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Slack and manage reports using Google Sheets. From our team’s perspective, AccuraCast is an efficient and transparent partner that keeps us in the loop at all times.

We hire AccuracCast on an ongoing basis for all our projects and have done so over for more than 10 years. Accuracast provides us and our clients with specialist SEO and PPC - digital marketing services. All of our projects require a forensic understanding of the current digital trends to be able to give our clients' brands a competitive edge. It's not just the understanding and know-how of digital marketing, it's also the application of specialist services that we use the Accuracast team.

Accuracast was recommended to us by a client who was responsible for overseeing the digital marketing operation of a multi-million, global brand.

On all our projects, we brief Accuracast to undertake a market analysis. To explore the brand and its competitors online digital performance and their market positioning, and identify weaknesses and opportunits.

Accuracasst then undertakes keyword research to ascertain the appropriate keywords brands need to use in order to reach their desired audiences from a brand, product and services point of view. Once completed, Accuracast then applies its understanding to create metadata for website pages and monitor SEO performance on an ongoing basis.

We have worked a number of Accuracasst's throughout our relationship but typically we work with the Head of Digital, Managing Director, and their digital marketing lead's

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Accuracast has taken a brand's previous low-level orangic page ranking website and delivered page one organic search ranking within weeks of a new website launch. They have also, on numerous occasions substantially reduced PPC costs while delivering better quality customer leads for our clients when they have appointed Ratio to their business.

Working with the Accuracast team you soon realise they are on your side. Very open and transparent, with the due diligence and services levels you expect from a team at the top of their game.

Our teams met with a discovery phase to agree goals with regards to brand image, market communications including social media and key words management. Accuracst also supports our website branding and communications, including skilled input with blogs to achieve improved SEO results.

On social media, Accuracast also manages and supports our marketing & ad campaigns. All of which develops qualified leads in the agreed and targeted industry sectors

We have mainly two account managers with additional support if required. One is head of digital and the other is a digital marketing consultant

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with Accuracast and implementing their SEO and Social Media efforts, we have grown our social media audience 10 fold and also improved our SEO rankings. Our blogs are being read by a larger audience which is in turn leading to increased sales leads in the areas targeted.
