My books before were not consistently being kept current. They have taken care of that, pull reports as needed, perform payroll, submit taxes; we schedule regular strategy sessions to increase my profit margin, reduce overhead, reduce tax liability, and ultimate scale the organization.

All aspects of accounting, we use QuickBooks, ADP payroll services, and whatever documents needed.

Regular meetings are set using virtual like Zoom, and phone calls, emails, and texts. They stick to deadlines and do their best to accommodate my difficult schedule

Have more early morning time for meetings, this isn’t a fair ask, but my schedule during the day is slammed

The quality of work is excellent; they’re very efficient. They answer every time I call, and they’ve handled every question I’ve had. Overall, they take responsibility for any issues and provide excellent service.

We communicate mainly by email and phone calls. We get in touch every couple of months unless something urgent happens.

We have saved thousands in taxes which we were losing just because of not doing correct book keeping, Accountants on Air's guidance and advice has saved us thousands of dollars, we are greatful to be part of such an amazing group of people. They have always gone above and beyond. they know the laws and regulations that they advise us in advance that how can we do things as per the requirements of IRS and other tax laws. from which Corporation to chose from which services are needed at the early stages of the company and they are scalable meaning they start small with us and bring us to the top. The best part is they are reachable. any questions or concerns you have they make sure your satisfied. I trust my money with AOA.

There previous online portal was not too much user friendly but i think with feedback they have developed a robust online portal for the clients now. that was really a need.
