In many cases, the solutions provided were not fully aligned with our business requirements, and additional clarification or rework was needed.
Responsiveness was inconsistent — we did not always receive timely or proactive support, and the expected level of ownership was missing in some tasks.
Their team was responsive to our needs, and they addressed issues or requests raised through support tickets and discussions. They were generally cooperative and flexible in accommodating changes or additional clarifications when required.

What we found most notable about Accely Inc. was their depth of SAP knowledge and the experience their consultants brought to discussions. They were able to provide insights on best practices and industry standards, which helped guide some of our decision-making.

Timely Delivery of Commitments:
Several tasks and change requests were delayed and required frequent follow-ups. Better planning and adherence to timelines would improve overall execution.
Providing Complete and Practical Solutions:
In some cases, the solutions provided were not fully aligned with our business requirements, which led to rework. A deeper understanding of the business process before delivering a solution would help.
Proactive Communication:
Communication was sometimes reactive. More proactive updates, status tracking, and follow-up would support smoother coordination and reduce delays.

What challenges were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We needed help with the support of our business application in terms of establishment, development, and maintenance.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Accely INC. provides application management and support services for the ERP SAP ECC application we use across our company. We’re changing some business processes within our company, so Accely INC.’s team is helping us map new requirements into the app to facilitate custom business transactions for our client companies, including payment processing, sales and distribution, and accounting and HR tasks. All of these efforts consider the local legal requirements of every user.
What was the team composition?
We’ve worked with 10–12 members of Accely INC.’s team, including Nilesh (CEO) and Mahesh (Head SAP AMS).
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?
Accely INC. has a good reputation within our local market and has served many companies like us, so we decided to go with them because they understand our scenario and business challenges. Hence, they can easily facilitate us with a better system.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Accely INC. has efficiently addressed every challenge we’ve given them, so everything is running well. We measure their activity with a ticket managing system to monitor their work and trend data to see how many hours they take to solve any issue we ask them to solve.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
Accely INC. is strong in their domain, but their project management can get a bit laggy because sometimes they respond on time and sometimes they don’t. Still, they’re already trying to improve this.
Regarding communication tools, we use email, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I’d like to highlight Mahesh.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed by Accely INC.’s approach to their customers; whenever we call, they’re ready to provide support, even outside office hours and on Saturdays and Sundays, which is difficult to find.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The team could increase their bandwidth towards experienced consultants. In addition, they could enhance their project management because they’re quite laggy at managing some tasks.
