Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

ACBaltica team reviewed our existing business processes and suggested ways to digitize them (including those gaps where processes were not covered by our existing ERP, and were managed manually). Most of those processes were covered by SAP best practices, but in some cases, they did some custom development to give us what we really needed (like longer serial numbers).  
After a comprehensive fit-gap analysis, they transitioned us to the new ERP in the cloud – and they did that without any downtime!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project started with the goal to implement/automate 45 processes, and eventually the list grew to 73 processes, covering automation for finance, sales, and procurement. Previously, we had these processes carried out in a custom way – but with the transition to SAP S/4HANA, they were implemented according to SAP best practices. The project highlights included:  
Integration with Avalara for external tax calculations 
Lockbox, Dispute Management, BCM 
Advanced Cash Management (fraud detection, local payment provider integration) 
Collection and Dispute Management to run controversial payment cases) 
Credit Management to prevent credit debt growth 
Rebates Management customized for Winncom’s needs 
Serial Number Application (including custom development for long serials) 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Initially, we were supposed to work on this project with another SAP partner, but we were not satisfied with the terms they suggested. Honestly, we found ACBaltica on Google, and from the very beginning, everyone was impressed with their expertise and dedication. Their price-quality ratio was also impressive. We decided to go with them – and did not regret! Our project lasted less than a year, and the team changed throughout that time – but it didn’t influence the performance or results. At the end of the day, their team consisted of 11 SAP consultants (including a PM)  
10 SAP consultants in the following areas: 
2 in procurement 
1 in controlling 
3 in finances 
2 in sales 
1 in analytics and reporting 
1 in ABAP development 
A project manager (also involved as the financial consultant and an architect)

In March 2025, the first month after go-live, we had record sales. It happened because we gained visibility into our processes, better control over deals, and nothing gets lost.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their devotion to what they do and to the results they want us to get was impressive. We don’t have our internal IT team, so dealing with some internal technical details was also on them. In some cases, they discovered the gaps when the project was already underway, yet they successfully implemented all necessary changes. As a non-technical specialist but a business user, I put my complete trust in the ACBaltica team – and they fully justified it.    Their deep SAP expertise, flexibility in handling unexpected challenges, and genuine commitment to delivering results made all the difference. They guided us through every stage and ensured a smooth go-live without business disruption.
