The project focused on developing a cohesive brand identity, designing innovative packaging, creating graphic materials, and developing a UI & UX for a Shopify e-commerce platform. The goal was to enhance brand visibility, streamline online sales, and improve customer engagement.

Completed Milestones:

Brand Identity Development: The design team achieved a strong, recognisable brand presence through a new logo, colour palette, typography, and style guide.

Packaging Design: The design team created both primary and secondary packaging designs, enhancing product attractiveness and retail readiness. They excelled in label design, 3-D product mock-ups and product presentations.

Ongoing Milestones:

Graphic Design: The design team has successfully completed product information leaflets and infographics. Work is ongoing on product brochures and Amazon A+ content to boost online conversions.

UI & UX Design and E-Commerce Website Development: The development team successfully implemented a user-friendly, fully functional Shopify e-commerce website that accommodates 15 products and 2 categories. About 25 products in 4 categories are in the development stage. This platform is poised to improve the shopping experience significantly and enhance customer engagement and sales.

Key Achievements:

Efficiency in Execution: The design team’s ability was showcased in the successful delivery of the first drafts of the brand identity, packaging designs, infographics and product 3-D mock-ups, which were immediately approved.

Web Development Success: Despite the complex nature of the plant-based medicines category, the team has successfully developed and launched a fully functional e-commerce site on Shopify, enhancing the customer shopping experience.

However, we find areas for improvement in enhancing their capabilities in website and creative content writing and illustration design. This addition to their portfolio will help them offer solutions to the requirements of specific niche client segments looking for exotic illustrations and content.
